remember when bossman was a heel, and he had a evil grip on cobb county, like those bad guy sheriffs in movies? then he became a face, and somehow the whole county said he was doing a great job and was a wonderful lawman. what was that all about? did doc brown go back in time and change something? lol

one thing is for sure, he was always a big boss man

Ah ... The Boss Man. I always remembered him being a prison guard, and he was supposedly overly abusive with the inmates. And that's what pissed of Nailz so much. I didn't think he was a cop, storyline wise.

Bossman was awesome - always an underrated guy in my book. RD I agree. He was always pretty agile for a guy north of 300lbs. He was pretty entertaining as a heel.

And outside the ring he was accussed of a crime because the criminal looked just like him & he appeared on Americas Most Wanted to bring the perp to justice

Ok, to clear up how I think this went.
He starts off as an evil prison guard who knocks the bejesus out of the prisoners. Turns face and becomes an upstanding good guy cop who locks up bad guys. Re-emerges 8 years later at least 50 lbs lighter as a swat team leader.
And that's no including any NWA or WCW stuff. No need confusing everyone (and myself) with tales of him being a bodyguard named "Bubba" or a Guardian Angel.

Wow, Bossman had the "crew cut and goatee" look down in the 80s... at least a decade before every country music singer on earth caught on and did the same thing!
