www.ddtdigest.com/features/ericfate.htm I am sure some of you will laugh out loud several times at reading that. But I also think some of you will be more than a little amused and/or saddened by just how true it was. I especially want to know what you, RD, will have to say about it, since so much of it agrees with exactly everything you have said on this site and in you're books. I also ask that you all consider something that was pointed out in that story, and that applies well to recent events: Vince can fire and rehire anyone he wants at all. There is little doubt in my mind that we will see some of the recently fired talent again, albeit at dramatically reduced salaries. And even though he quit, wasn't fired, you can't tell me that is not what is going to happen to Brock Lesnar.

point well taken, gdm. So I shall give a brief explenation for any future readers of this thread:
the link is to a short story about eric bischoff having a hallucination about the future on the very night he got the news of WCW's sale to Vince McMahon. Its predictions about what Vince did to the WCW wrestlers and the history of the company, and what eventually became of Bischoff himself, are almost eerily close to the reality of what happened. And its funny as hell to boot.
