As we know, Brock's next fight is against Carwin. Not an easy opponent by any means, but its pretty easy to see that Brock will smash him and end his winning streak. Question is how long will it take Brock to do it?
I think Brock will probably win somewhere in the second round after Carwin misses with one of his punches and Brock powers him to the ground and knocks him the F out.
So, what round do u think Brock will beat Carwin in

In the old days they would have gone 125 rounds.
Of course if a fight went less than 100 rounds, we demanded our penny back!

I've already gone on record in another thread, I think Carwin wins this fight.

Truth be told I see Brock as the underdog due to: a) Carwin's track record of f***ing people up and b) Brock just recently recovering and not having fought in almost a year.

Okay so Carwin knocked a bunch of no names out in the first...
So, do u think Brock is just sitting at home jackin off?
No, he is studying Carwin and he is NOT going to let Carwin trade punches with him. Brock isnt stupid, Brock will take him down fast and smash him on the ground. Carwin wont stand a chance on the ground, Brock is just too strong.

Dude, are you one of Brock's cornermen or something? Yes, he's a talented fighter, but so is Carwin. Victory for Brock is not a foregone conclusion.

Carwin'll take it in the second after Brock wears himself down with takedown attempts in the first.

Um, Gabriel Gonzaga isn't a no name. Mir isn't a no name. Carwin is pretty big himself also. While I still think Brock will win, its in no way as easy a fight that you make it seem.

I don't think the year-long layoff will affect Brock in anyway. Look at Carwin's last fight. He was on the shelf for roughly a year before he made mince meat out of Frank Mir. I can't see this fight going longer than two rounds to be honest. These guys are looking for the KO. I still think it's a toss up at this point. I'm leaning towards Carwin just based on how well he finishes fights so quickly. But I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Lesnar retains. I'm looking forward to this fight either way.

The thing is, Lesnar was out for a year with an illness wasn't he? That's different from being off for a year and still training and such.

I don't think Brock's the huge favorite you're making him out to be, in fact I too think Carwin's going to win this fight. Either way this fight doesn't get out of the first.

I know you can't regain your stamina overnight, but we all know how much of a freak of nature Lesnar is. Plus, this fight isn't gonna go the full 25 minutes. If anything, I'm gonna try not blinking in the first round because I'm afraid that's when it's gonna end.

I got Shane by 1st round TKO. I love Brock and all he has done for MMA but Shane is on a roll right now and Brock will be fighting off rust when he walks in. Plus, I REALLY want to see Shane/Cain. That fight would be epic.

Brock has good defense and won't throw leather like carwin's other fights and unlike Mir Brock can clinch and force a takedown

By the way guys, Dana White had said that Brock had only been fighting at 60% before his illness because he had been affected by it for a long time. So now that he is 100%, guess what, he is going to be 40% better and stronger that before and he absolutely dominated before.
If I was Carwin, i'd pull out of the fight. I am pretty sure Brock is going to rip Carwin to shreds and use Carwin's face as a mop for the Octagon mat. If we have only seen Brock at 60% before, then, well, u all gotta admit, Carwin has absolutely no chance!
Makes the fight even more interesting.

First of all Dana is always saying things like that to hype fights so I wont belive it til I see it. And second of all Brock could not take down Randy who was 50 ponds lighter then him so I dont see any reason to believe he will throw around Carwin(the biggest guy Lesner has fought), I am not saying he wont take Carwin down im just saying it is not in anyway guaranteed.
