Not bad. Except one problem. Green Lantern's ring could allow him to survive Torch going super nova. yellow fire - but hey have probably retconned that weakness out by now in typical DC fashion "yeah well my greenlantern isnt weak verse yellow so nyah" i dont care, lets say a bug flew in his ear distracting him and surfers blast got him

Yellow only hurts Green Lanterns if they have Fear in their heart. If they've conquered Fear, which Hal Jordan has done, yellow doesn't hurt them.

Marvel: Captain American Spider-Man Hulk Iron Man Wolverine (Had to pick one X-Men) Thor Daredevil Ghost Rider Human Torch (Had to pick one Fantastic Four, almost went with Thing) Silver Surfer Punisher
vs.
DC: Superman Batman Wonder Woman Flash Green Latern Aqua Man Hawkman Green Arrow Martian Manhunter Robin Super Boy
Here we go...
Silver Surfer vs. Flash: Silver Surfer is so overpoweredly stupid, it's just about unreal, before Flash can get into any of his Alan Moore over powered "Speedforce" bull s*** or learn how to build a "speedsabre" from Yoda or something, The Surfer counters his speed and vaporizes the poor guy. I actually like the Flash a lot, and probably better than the Surfer, but what writers have done to him and how fans hold his powers up as UNBEATABLE kinda makes me sick to my stomach.
Thor vs. Superman: Superman speed blitzes Thor, as all the DC marks cheer and masterbate about how Superman is so much faster and Thor is just a weak clutz who only can hit stuff with his hammer. Thor, not hampred by a Superman fanboy writer, remembers that he's OFTEN blocked bullets and laser fire, among other things, with his hammer, and Supes ends up getting cold cocked in the face. Despite my utter contempt and hatred for the hardcore Superman fanboys, I actually like and respect the character, he still loses to Thor after a tough long drawn out fight, but the god of thunder is beaten and bloodied and weak.
Hulk vs. Green Lantern: As much as I love the Lantern, and believe this fight SHOULD go down to a Lantern vs. Surfer conflict, I know that f***ing Superman has "supposedly" taken out the entire Green Lantern corps all by himself. That said, I guess I'm sadly mistaken on the Lantern's power level...and eventually the Hulk's massive strength overwhelm's Hal's will and knocks him unconscious.
Human Torch vs. Martian Manhunter: When last I heard, the Manhunter not only had a paralyzing fear of fire, but could also be murdered by it as well...easily. However, a DC fanboy pointed out to me, a story in which the Martian removed both of these weaknesses by swimming through volcanoes and flying through the cores of suns. I tried to point out how stupid and impossible that was, but he countered with the same old tired "Spider-man beat Firelord, and NO STORY DC HAS EVER DONE WAS THAT STOOOOOOOOPID!!!" argument. He then tried to show his point that weaknesses can be removed in such a way by shooting himself in the face to remove his human vulnerbility to bullets. We buried him on a Saturday. Needless to say, I guess the Martian Manhunter wins.
Spiderman vs. Superboy: Seen this fight before and Spiderman won..but since Superboy's powers and background seem to change every few years or so, I have uttlerly no clue what he can do anymore. I'll play it save and say while Spidey finds a way to beat Superboy, Superboy knocks out Spiderman. Result is a draw.
Hawkman vs. Daredevil: Hawkman's superior manuverability, strength, and what not are able to overcome DD, but he's left beaten and bloodied.
Punisher vs. Robin: Eventually too much ammo and explosives as well as toughness, Navy Seal training, and a knife to the gut proove too much for Robin. Winner is Frank.
Wolverine vs. Green Arrow: The vast majority of the Arrow's weapons are barely even able to slow down Wolverine. He's soon gutted.
Captain America vs. Batman: Batman sits down and waits for Goldenbane to give him the same fanboy blowjob all the other writers have been giving him since Frank Miller's "Dark Knight Returns" storyline...instead he gets a boot to the balls by Cap. Batman laughs, and says he knew Cap would do that, so he wore an armored jock strap. Cap then smashes him in the chin with his shield. Batman laughs and says he knew Cap would do that so he wore Adamantium shield proof bat-lotion on his face. Captain America then kicks Batman in the face, but Batman again laughs saying the lotion also happens to protect him from red boots to the face. Goldenbane shows up and rips the script out of Batman's f***ing hands, then takes all the Allen Moore, Frank Miller, and any other bulls*** bat-fanboy crap away from Bruce, forcing him to have a knock down drag out fight with Captain America. In the end, the world's absolute greatest detective, Batman, LOSES to the ultimate human fighting machine, Captain America.
Iron Man vs. Wonder Woman: Stark is WAY out of his league here and Diana pretty much kicks his ass.
Ghost Rider vs. Aquaman: One penance stare later, and Aquaman goes down.
Round 2
Hulk vs. Martian Manhunter: Enraged from his battle with the Lantern, Hulk is pretty much invulnerable to any of the Martian Manhunter's mind tricks. Martian beats on the Hulk for a bit with his intagability tricks, but sooner or later he gets taken out by the Hulk.
Wonder Woman vs. Silver Surfer: A few cosmic blasts later, and Wonder Woman goes down.
Captain America vs. Hawkman: Both are utterly beaten and battered from their fights, Hawkman throws his mace, Cap throws his sheild, double knockout.
With that said, I believe the final survivors are Ghost Rider, Hulk, Silver Surfer, Thor, Punisher, and Wolverine.
Note: as much as I would have loved to see Wolvie get taken down a peg or 80 along with Batman, I just don't see Green Arrow being able to get it done. The other Marvel guys kick his ass for good measure.

This thread surprises me a bit. Seems to be a lot of DC backlash. But I may as well throw my two cents into the ring for a one on one showdown with each.
Superman vs. Thor: While he has a weakness to magic, Superman is still able to overcome it if hes not holding back, he also battled the god darkseid on numerous occasions. That being said, Thor has been known to hold back as well and would be a tough challenge. But Superman takes this in the end. 1-0
Captain America vs Hawkman- The battle of the ancient warrior vs. the American Hero. Both have strong political leanings that drive their desire to fight. At the end, they agree to an honorable fight, and Cap wins a hard bought. 1-1
Spider-Man vs. Aquaman- Spiderman being the jokester of his universe mocks Aquaman mercilessly as most stand up comedians do. He forgets about the other powers and gets caught off guard with a waterblast and Deep fathom strength punches. Spiderman eventually recovers like always and wins. 1-2
Hulk vs Martian Manhunter- In a battle of the big greens it comes down to tactics against brute ferocity. As Hulk has no limits to his power, Manhunter would be foolish to trade blows with him. So he goes intangible and frustrates hulk while Manhunter reads his mind to find a weakness. Once Manhunter locates banner, a few mental attacks or patient waiting allows him to win without damaging his foe too badly. 2-2
Iron Man vs. Superboy- In a battle of the FLying HEavy Artillery. Iron Man blasts Superboy into oblivion, until the tactile telekinesis leaves him naked and powerless. Ironman surrenders. 3-2
Wolverine vs. Batman- The Master planner against the indestructible beast in a Mary Sue showdown. Batman would put up a hell of a fight, but eventually Wolverine would outlast him, and since Bats refuses to kill, he would die by the blade after many many hours of grueling fighting. 3-3
Daredevil vs. Nightwing- Lets at least include the most accomplished Robin. Its a hell of a fight between the respective acrobatic masters of the batons until Nightwing remembers his bat training and breaks out a Sonic Disruptor of some sort. Blows out Daredevils senses and wins via ko. 4-3
Ghost Rider vs. Wonder Woman- Demon vs. Goddess, mystical heroes who makes their foes look deep inside. Wonder Woman battles Ghost Rider to a near standstill when Ghost Rider breaks out the Penance Stare. Wonder Woman has to confront the Maxwell Lord incident one last time before finally accepting it was the only choice. She shakes it off being mostly pure of heart and counters with her lasso. The Rider is unable to comes to grips with inadvertantly causing his fathers death due to his deal with the devil. WW wins. 5-3
Human Torch vs Flash- The fun comic relief characters of their teams who could probably be the most powerful members of the team if they reached their true potential. They both joke around with each other during much of the fight, but eventually Flash is able to Tornado Torch and extinguish his flame. Flash wins, but Torch is ok. 6-3
Silver Surfer vs. Green Lantern-Surfer is too powerful and Lantern is too nerfed. Surfer. 6-4
Punisher vs. Green Arrow- Both have a wide variety of tools at their disposal, but bullets are faster than arrows. Punisher is victorious. 6-5
DC takes it.

If it is Hulk vs. Manhunter, it is easily Manhunter. Why? He just finds Bruce deep inside Hulk's mind, forces Bruce to turn back to normal and KOs him with a punch.

Uh... what? How on earth do you figure that? Marvel is filled with solo hero stories, and even perennial team-players like Hawkeye and Thing have had solo comics from time to time in which they've done just fine on their own. Some of MARVEL's biggest characters are usually only seen fighting in groups. Gorups like the X-Men, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers. Now they do have some solo guys, yes, but most of their guys are nearly ALWAYS in a group. DC is different. Yes damn near every DC hero is part of some form of a Justice League, but at the same time damn near each and every one of them has had at least one solo series and have proven they can fight on their own. Most MARVEL guys haven't proven this, since they mostly fight in teams. Not that there is nothing wrong with fighting in teams, as it would certainly give them an edge in a 11 on 11 fight, but once the sides dwindle down to where it gets harder to do teamwork, on account almost everyone is dead, I don't know if most of the MARVEL guys can hold their own in a one on one fight. Granted, their A-listers can totally do that, I'm talking about some of their B-listers and definitely anyone on the C-list and below. I'm sure DC has plenty of groups like the X-Men or Fantastic Four, with most members not having their own comics at the same time. Do all of the Doom Patrol members have their own comic, for instance? What about the Teen Titans, the Metal Men, or the Outsiders? It seems like you're using the Super Friends-style JLA as the DC measuring stick, and that seems off to me, since the entire point of the group is to take the biggest solo heroes and throw them together. And plenty of B and C list characters have gotten solo comics over the years, and the Avengers even used to have a special series where it'd show their members doing things solo; I have fond memories of an issue where Hawkeye took down Abomination in one story while Wasp took down the second Yellowjacket in another. And even in the team books, it's not exactly rare for them to do stories where a hero has to do something alone; I remember there being an issue of Avengers where a D-list rookie named Silverclaw took down Diablo by herself, for instance. And if guys like Hawkeye can take down Abomination and even someone like Silverclaw can perform heroics on her own, I'm pretty sure the majority of Marvel's B, C, and D list are just as capable even if Marvel doesn't choose to give them their own comic, and I'm sure there are plenty of B, C, and D list DC characters in the same boat. Marvel does a lot of team books, true, but they've never presented their heroes as incapable of working by themselves. The idea that they have is just absurd.

With the Silver Surfer, Marvel has the advantage. If enough DC heavy hitters manage to slow him down, it's easy pickings for them. Superboy can kill half of the Marvel team by himself.

DC wins, because they have way more gamebreakers. Superman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter are in a league that only Thor, Hulk and Silver Surfer can really compete with. even if you added guys like Sentry, Ms. Marvel and Wonderman, DC still also has Captain Marvel (hell, the entire Marvel family), Supergirl, Captain Atom. Firestorm, and Icon, who are also crazy powerful. that's not even including guys like Mr. Majestic or the Authority from Wildstorm whom, unlike the JLA have no problems disembowelling someone.

If we keep it to the people from the original list in the OP, and can choose who faces who, here is my take on things:
Superman vs Thor: Superman has his weakness to magic, and Thor's hammer is charged with the OdinForce, one of the more magical forces in Thor books. It would take a while, but eventually, Thor would win this one, because as strong as Superman is, he isn't a god. Thor would likely be out after the battle though. I liken it almost to the Norse story of Ragnarok. There, Thor beat his opponant, the serpant Jormangand but died moments after finally beating him. I could see that happening.
Hulk vs Wonder Woman: I mainly match these two because I would like to see the battle. Hulk is going to win in the end, because he's the strongest there is and blah blah, but Wonder Woman would definitely take him to a decent fight.
Batman vs Captain America: It's the rematch from Marvel vs DC, and even with the super soldier serum, Batman will likely win. Why? Becuase Batman would call on Aquaman's excuse and would have no qualms about cheating to win.
Spiderman vs Robin: Would this be Damien or Red Robin Tim? Tim would take Spiderman to the edge and has learnt the prep. thing from Bruce, but Spiderman's ability to sense danger might save him from various traps and such. In the end, I'd say Spiderman's strength and agility could counter act either Robin.
Wolverine vs Hawkman: This would be a down and out brawl. The healing factor eventually gives it to Snicktbub, but it would be bloody and likely leave Wolverine needing a while to heal up properly.
Flash vs Human Torch: Human Torch can go Nova if he wants and throw lots of fire out, but Flash can run round in circles and create various wind problems for Johnny, not to mention his simple ability to outrun. Flash takes this one
Aquaman vs Punisher: Punisher shots Aquaman dead in one shot from a snipernest.
Super Boy vs Daredevil: Daredevil doesnt have anything that is going to take Superboy out. He'll be able to beat him up some, but eventually Superboy will land a few hits and take Daredevil down.
Martian Manhunter vs Ghost Rider: Ghost Rider uses guilt and mystical hell fire alot. Martian Manhunter over came his fire fear, but is still vulnerable to mystical fire, and to his guilt over being the only martian. Ghost Rider can take out the Martian.
Silver Surfer vs Green Lantern: It's another Marvel vs DC rematch, but with a new Green Lantern. Even though Hal has had his massive reboot to try and make him the new third member of DC's big three (or to make it a big four if you prefer), he's still up against the Silver Surfer, who, since Annihilation, now has access to even more power cosmic as Galactus boosted his power levels. Surfer takes this one, and it isnt even that hard of a battle for him now.
Green Arrow vs Iron Man: Iron Man would win this one, as Green Arrow can shot as many arrows as he likes, but they wouldn't get though any shield on the armour, let alone the armour itself.
In my opinion, from the people in the OP list, Marvel could pull out a victory. Granted, different things like which universe they are in, what sort of sun they are under, whether they have their weapons and such would have a huge impact on the results as well.
DC's guys are massively over powered for Earth based heroes, but they each have weaknesses that could be exploited, and the Marvel guys are more likely to cross the line and do it.

DC has the JLA, Teen Titans, Doom Patrol, and League of Super Heroes. That's 4 and 4...and I'm pretty sure DC has a ton more little groups (like the metal men) than Marvel does, but I'm just going with the main, big guns on this one.

The Teen Titans is pretty much the Justice League for teens, and in fact a good majority of the Titans have each had at least one solo run.
