What is it about your favorite shows that makes you such a fan?
An example; I love SG1. One of my favorite shows of all time. Sure, the stories are fun and the action is awesome but what sells it for me is he little character moments, especially the frendship between O'Neill and Jackson that leavs me with a goofy grin on my face.

Favorite show: Dexter.
What keeps me coming back: the writing. The character development is frickin' amazing - everyone from Dexter to Debra to Vince Masouka to the late James Doakes - is so well-written, I want to see where they're going next. Plus, being a serial killer, you know Dexter is going to be caught eventually, but when, how, and by whom are the three big questions. We know why, whom, and how Dexter kills, but nobody knows when it will all come crashing down.
I seriously can't get enough of this show.
