Of course, because what possible use could you have for popular, recognisable wrestlers who are great talkers and characters?

It also doesn't help when they're not being booked like poor Daffney especially after all she's done for the company. Taken from goth-goddess.org/So, we go from "Big severe concussion from last big spot" to "Having nothing for her?" Plus, Roxxi's injured from the New Year's show. isn't she? Hmm. I'm thinking having nothing for them means that there's nothing for her as Raven and Stevie's manager cause they're not getting used as well as there being nothing for her as a wrestler cause they're still making her take it easy. I saw one video on Youtube taken from the same event in which she just shrugs and shakes her head when asked about her future with the company.

TNA for whatever reason doesn't value their women wrestlers with good paying contracts but yet always hype their women as superior to Divas. Messed up stuff right here.

That's really sad. Kong for example reminds me of Bam Bam Bigelow back in his heyday. A big wrestler who can fly through the air and surprise you. Also his look tended to draw your attention immediately if you were flipping through the channels. Now days with so many freakish looking wrestlers on the WWE roster, it takes a lot to stand out, and Kong's one of those types.

This is really a joke, they deserve better than this. It wouldn't strike me as so bad if they didn't pay the male wrestlers so much more when half their males can't draw a dime. Since the company refuses to listen to their female workers, I would hope the fans start protesting this. I seriously think it's something everyone should because let's face it, a lot of these women work just as hard as the men and it irritates me to no end that they don't get the credit they deserve...and I'm a guy. If I was a woman, i'd be even more irritated by it.
Tna claims to be all about listening to the fans and so forth, well the fans should step up to the plate and show their disapproval of the way they treat the ones who truly help them be where they are at today.

That said, lower card male newcomers shouldnt be paid more than the top female talents. Why not? You're paid what you're worth and you're worth what you draw. Simple as.

Women will always get paid less in wrestling because it's a male industry. Just set up an all woman's franchise in North America and see how successful that is. It's not being sexist or callous, it's just the fact. Should we start paying performers based on sympathy? The more value you're worth to a product the more you'll get paid. Most of the woman's wrestling audience comes from males wanting to see chicks pound each other. Swap them for some other female wrestlers, rename them, replace a few characters...who'd know? Male wrestlers draw. Hence, they take home the bigger cheques. Argue if you want but a promoter knows the value of his or her talent more than we do.

The point is that in this particular case, the women are among the top draws in the company and they are not being compensated according to their value to the company.
