He's whipped to the ropes and when he goes back, one of the Shrinkers goes to give him a hotshot onto the top rope. But someone (possibly Afa on the outside) holds down the top rope and Scotty goes sailing over the top rope, face-first into the outside mats.

Mae Young when the Dudleys yanked her out of her wheel chair and then power bombed her off the stage. Now that was impressive because boy did she look feeble to me.
