To me the one Miss Elisabeth took as Macho Man landed on her wins. Kudos for taking it. She was just the last person you would have expected to do that.

Flair's flip over the ropes. He rolled his neck every night doing this. The timing and his abdominal muscle had to be great everytime or he botched it. I saw him hit it tenfold more often than he missed it
Anybody who took a powerbomb. This move looks easy to take and the mechanics of taking it well are relatively easy however the downside is painfull when stiff and you could have your neck broken

Though I hear it was temporarily paralysis.

I know people think Nash's Powerbomb is weak but he does it in a very safe way......unless he's doing it on Paul Wight Sid had a nice looking one but I'm not sure how dangerous it was. I'm not sure if he ever injured anyone with it. With Nash injuring Big Show I can at least understand that one. it was stupid to let Nash even try that move on a guy over 500 pounds.

I can't stop laughing. I mean, I already know he was okay, but still. Why did he steal Ricky Morton's clothes?

Mick Foley, in every match would perform dangerous bumps, but most are overlooked for the most part.

Just because I re-watched it recently, Flair being suplexed by Fatt Lardy from the top of the ladder in the WM22 MitB.

Awww man just beat me to it, yeah New Jack loves this guy because he sells like that for him. Ha ha and supposedly he visibly upset George The Animal Steele backstage one night after performing that bump. Pretty much George didn't wanna see this guy die if he continued to bump like that lol. Eh em my favorite underated bump is the one Kanyon took into the pool that one time on Nitro during the Raven is rich skits. This was right after my favorite wrestling line from Sandman ever......."Hello....KANyon"

Shane took a ton of sick bumps that aren't talked about that much anymore.
