TNA : Tuesday Night Terror.
A hardcore, no rules, chaotic show where anything can happen.
Mostly hardcore and brutal violent matches!

TNA should just buy out ROH, and make ROH their second show.

I'd call it TNA Vortex. It'd be where ratings go to die.

TNA should just buy out ROH, and make ROH their second show. That would be cool, but they could pretty much get any ROH guy they want right? Just offer them a contract and I'm sure they'd take it.

TNA Europe -
Take half the roster (less than that, maybe, they've got about 50 active/semi-active male workers on the roster. I think this'd need 20 at most) and move them to Britain.
Build it on the idea that it's getting back to the roots of "real" catch wrestling - You're going to see proper holds, proper matches, no nonsense. Doesn't matter if you actually end up booking it like that, but you can use it as a selling point.
There are four English guys on the roster already - at least two of whom are considered talented and all four of whom could be really over if they were allowed to develop more of a gimmick / persona than the generic "British Guy in Union Jack tights" thing every British worker in America seems to get saddled with.
X-Div - Have Doug Williams take the X-Div belt over with him. Build around a Williams (going back to his "Anarchist" guise) vs Christopher Daniels (as the "Fallen Angel") feud at first - British mat wrestler vs US high flyer who wants to take the belt back across the Atlantic where it was born. Add some of the shorter / slighter-built guys who are being ignored at the moment or just look stupid/awkward being booked in angles with big heavyweights around them, Red, Kendrick, Homicide, Kyoshi. Push this so it's as big a part of the show as the X-Div was in TNA's early days, allowing these guys to shine while the US show continues to emphasise big heavyweights and ex-WWE/Friends of Hogan stuff.
Tag - Pair Magnus up with an older, more experienced and respected American guy. I dunno - Stevie Richards (actually, thinking about it, they're a similar shape/build, aren't they? That might look good...) Call them "The Special Relationship" or some such Anglo-American pun, stick some belts on them and have other teams try to topple them on an ad hoc basis at first until a couple of big name US veterans debut (Maybe even 3D, clearing the way for a Guns / BeerMoney feud at the top of the tag tree back in the States)
Heavyweight - Global Championship comes over with Big Roid Terry. Re-Package him as "The Welsh Dragon" or some such crap. Book him as a monster heel. Give him a manager to speak for him (like Abyss used to have Mitchell - in fact, re-hire Mitchell for this express purpose) Lots of quick squashes. Get English crowds chanting "Sheep-S*****r!" at him. Meantime, build Wolfe up as an anti-authority, trust-no-one, "Stone Cold"-style tweener. Have him push for the title again and gain, only to be continually thwarted by the now-obligatory heel authority figure. Heel authority figure is.... Raven! Can't wrestle for toffee these days, but the guy can talk (and take a bump) and has the sort of accent which will be like nails on a blackboard for the Euro-audience. Eventually, Wolfe goes over Terry in a match which would have the IWC saying "Wow, that Limey guy really carried that big, Welsh roid freak to a half decent match!" Other attractions in the Heavyweight division would include Rhino as Raven's muscle / enforcer; Tomko as legit-looking JTTS (with the option of a decent push if he gets back in shape); plus whatever likely-looking local Brit / Euro talent you care to showcase. Then bring over Morgan as a big, scary threat to Wolfe's supremacy. They've failed to pull the trigger on him too many times in the states, and his nothing special size-wise in a land full of Big Shows, Khalis and Nashes. He'll be viewed as a huge, scary, American giant in Europe.
Find a fair-sized UK arena (NEC? MEN? O2? Whichever of those is smallest, or rotate it around five or six venues, including Dublin, so the Irish get to see it live as well) and make it the "Euro-Impact Zone" - sell the tickets cheap enough, and I'm pretty sure TNA's already pretty big UK following plus a whole lot of curious folk will pack it out most weeks. Get a deal with Setanta (the channel who see themselves as competition for Sky Sports, the UK's WWE broadcaster). Show it live on some day when Sky Sports doesn't show Raw or Smackdown. Don't get into a ratings war. Then, undercut them on prices for Pay-Per-Views. GIve them away for pennies if necessary. One of the reasons TNA developed such a big following in the UK in the first place was that all their supercards were Free-to-Air over here.
So, that's my idea for a second show. Opinions?
PS. This afternoon, I risked the wrath of my friends by half-jokingly predicting a 2-1 victory for USA after an early England goal. As I write, it's half time and 1-1, after a Gerrard goal in 4 minutes and a Dempsey equaliser. If you respond to this post and I don't reply, check the final score, then ring the police...
