Undertaker returns with a gimmick very similar to Eugene's and Kane "takes care of him". Undertaker always listens to Brother Kane no matter what the task is.
Then one day Kane tells Undertaker he is facing a really scary opponent (lets say mean Luke Gallows) and tells Taker to wait it out in the lockeroom. Then Kane lights the room on fire burning Undertaker.
Taker is burned so severely, that he is forced to wear a mask. He finds Kane's old mask and starts wearing it. Kane then steals Undertakers Attire and becomes the new Undertaker. Old Taker returns as Masked Kane and they have a match at Wrestlemania where Kane(taker) wins thus breaking the streak but at the same time it doesn't because the holder of the streak Kane (Undertaker) wins the match yet the Undertaker in the match (Kane) loses. So in a way it keeps and breaks the streak!

Only if after the match Undertaker (Kane) then strips down Kane (Undertaker) in the ring, burns the ring gear, puts a suit on him and absorbs his powers.
Making him now... Kane the Undertaker! And it is revealed that that's who he always was, until he was split into two people by Paul Bearer.

Solid stuff. Very creative. I like how it allows Mark Calaway the person to lose at WrestleMania, while maintaining the Undertaker's winning streak, even if the new Undertaker is Glen Jacobs. I greatly enjoyed Summerslam 1994's Fake Undertaker story, this could be the one to top it. |

No offense but there is no way I can see Taker doing anything anywhere near a Eugene character. I do however see him coming back different maybe as the ministry taker or the American Badass again.
