I'll call it now: This is why they signed Tyler Black. *"Wild and Young" plays* Primo Colon: Let me introduce you to my NXT rookie...JEREMIAH JUDAS~! *Tyler black walks out.* *The next week...* WWE has come to terms on the release of Jeremiah Judas. We wish Jeremiah the best in his future endeavors.

Well, yeah, I knew that was going to happen. Hell, this season didn't have enough people! Titus O'Neil and Eli Cottonwood are incredibly green. Hell, season 1 brought up David Otunga, who was not ready for tv.
But, it's broke down nicely. In Season 1, one person wasn't ready. Season 2, 2 aren't ready (and arguably 3 depending on your Lucky Cannon opinions, but I believe the rest are doing pretty good). So, for next season, there would be three guys, and one talented guy to bring up, lol.
Not only that, why not bring back guys who used to be on tv. I think this was mentioned before, but hell, bring back guys who didn't last long, and put them on tv.
Also, for the women's one, it's going to be interesting, as only 1 girl in FCW has the ability to not make a fool of themselves, that being AJ Lee, unless they brought some new girls in. They should bring people from the indies who might be ready too. Of course, all of this is pointing to Colt Cabana, but bah!
Or better yet, dump the whole process, bring in 16 guys, and start a little brand on that show, build them up so they can be thought of as potentially on the same level as Raw and Smackdown, have a tournament, and try to get some old ECW type ratings they had awhile back. Putting on a tv show, talking about how these guys are just rookies and they're not as good as the WWE guys. So, people are gonna love watching the show with guys who aren't good enough, and have to prove they are actually good enough, well, at least one will.

Actually I think S3 will be better than S2. Not so much due to the actual quality of the talent as it will be for the fact that it will be mercifully short.

If it goes 3 seasons, WWE won't consider it a total failure. Think of it as the Syndication Rule. Any show that last at least 3 seasons is considered a success. The Wayans Brothers, According to Jim, and Reba lasted longer that Freaks and Geeks, Firefly, and the Adventures of Brisco County, Jr didn't last 1. Doesn't mean they were better. Just survive long enough for television execs to make money off of it. Plus it makes pitching NXT to some network exec better when you can say it lasted three seasons. Nevermind the ratings sucked. Three seasons. ;D

NXT wasn't a total botch because it created Nexus, but in and of itself it was still pretty awful entertainment.

Then second season (and possible 3rd) are different stories though.

I like this idea. Kong, LuFisto, or Sara Del Rey would be great for the Daniel Bryan/Kaval spot on the women's side.
I can't believe people don't like NXT, I think it's by far the most brilliant thing any major wrestling promotion has done since I can't remember. Look at the younger talent it's gotten on TV already! It's created stars in the entire first season cast. NXT is BY FAR my favorite pro wrestling show. I myself would someday like to be wild and young, and to have just begun on NXT. Hopefully by that time the show would have a different theme song.

My predictions for the cast.
Johnny Curtis (Been in FCW awhile and should've been on Season 1 or 2)
Richie Steamboat (Slight spoiler, I've read WWE wants the show to be focus around him if they did a Season 3)
Big E. Langston (Cena has praised him on Twitter about how he's a beast in the gym)
Derrick Bateman (Kind of a party boy, he rips of his underwear from under his trunks before matches) or Jackson Andrews, 7'2 ripped monster, think ECW Test, but 7'2.
As for the women. There's not much to choose from since there's only 4 womens who aren't on TV already on there roster page. Though they rarely update that page.

That's the second dumbest name for a wrestler I've ever heard of.

According to Wiki the women under contract but not on TV are: AJ Lee, Askana, Celeste, Christina Crawford, Liviana, Naomi Night, Jemma Palmer and Su Yung. Crawford obviously isn't ready and Lee may already be called up. Also NXT's announcer Jaimie Keyes is apparently interested enough in wrestling that in about two years she's gone from TNA to being ready to work for Wrestlicious to WWE developmental. I don't know about Ashley Valance. They could probably sign Amy Hennig at any point they feel like. As for guys they recently re-signed Aaron Steven who was barely on TV and Ryan O'Reilly who worked house shows but never TV. Drake Brewer was good enough for Japan. There's plenty of second gen guys.

So...limit the already stunted series of NXT matches so that 4 guy wrestlers wrestle each other, 4 women wrestle each other, and weekly mixed tag matches?
I'm already not watching Season 2. Maybe I'll have to actively protest Season 3 just to express my increasing disappointment in this non-series.

I know it's DEFINATELY not going to happen...
But I'd laugh if one of the female NXT S3 participants was Awesome Kong.
