Flash forward to Taker is about ready to return. Kane has been beating people left and right who he suspects but he always turns out wrong. Finally Taker announces that he KNOWS who attacked him and will let Kane know when he returns.
Kane comes out when Taker returns.
Kane : Who did this to you brother?
Taker : Brother...it was...
...pause...
Kane (angry) : WHO WAS IT?!
Taker : It was me! I took myself out FOR YOU. You see Kane, you are my brother. I love you. But I hate how you are always unmotivated and I knew the only way to make you into a MONSTER again is to have something monstrous happen to somebody you love. This is why I took myself out...and look at what you have become. A dominate force, a world champion, a man worthy to be called my BROTHER!
Kane paces the ring, smiling, frowning, holding his head...
Kane : Thank you Undertaker...but I MADE A PROMISE. I said that I will DESTROY whoever did this to you. I said that they will PAY a price. Now I know who did this to you...and now I will MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL...BROTHER!
A Taker/Kane match is set.
What do u guys think? I think this would be awesome.

I like the idea of UT being behind his own vegetating to motivate Kane into becoming a badass again. There was a promo on Smackdown not long after he won the WHC off of CM Punk where Undertaker said the only thing he liked more than fighting alongside his brother Kane was fighting against him, so it sort of fits in continuity.

I'm betting it's Kane via SvR 2006 Teddy Long storyline.

They should debut a new character that took out the Undertaker. Have Paul Bearer say that he wants revenge on Taker for the way he ousted him (pouring him in a cement coffin essentially) 6 years ago.
So Bearer adopted a son/protege to take out Taker and its been six years but they accomplished their goal Taker is now out and now he is coming back to take out Kane for not stopping the Undertaker.
The new character beats Kane but Taker comes back BUT the new character beats Taker with the help of Bearer (And his urn) and it sets up a Mania match of Taker vs the new character were Taker wins and gets his ultimate revenge. Any thoughts?

Any thoughts? I like this idea but it has been forever since they have been able to get a new guy to instantly feud with Undertaker. The only really last good one was Kane and they already knew they could have a good match together because they wrestled each other a lot when Kane was still Issac Yankem. The only one I think with enough experience and has veteran status now who is not too old but not too young is Rellik. Not just because he can go in the ring but his gimmick would fit right in. |

Ya know, one extension of this idea would be that Undertaker would have everyone on the roster wanting his head, particularly Swagger and Punk for both being cost the World title by Kane during his pursuit.

You know the more I think about it if this angle ends up making sense that will be kind of a let down. Pretty much everything that has had to do with Undertaker and Kane hasn't made sense since about 1998. By it being totally weird and not making since or sticking with continuity that means it would actually fit in with the overall continuity of Kane/Undertaker storylines. I think........I don't know I think I just Kanefused myself.  |

I still wish they'd just say The Nexus did it. Plus for a very short while Kane seemed to be involved in a very mini feud with them before they were the Nexus |
