Sometimes a murder in a movie is never shown, everything is left to your imagination, but which wins for the most horrific one?
My vote goes to the murder of Lust, in the movie Seven.
The murder is only there verbally but just thinking about it fills you with cold dread.

Hannibal Lecter's baby sister being killed and eaten by some soldiers in "Hannibal Rising" was the worst to me.

Can anybody fill me in on what happened in Seven? A phallic knife was strapped on and used on a 'lady of the night'.

John Connor's foster father in Terminator 2. His foster father was killed onscreen, it's his foster mother who's death you don't see.

That bastard Anikan killing those young jedis. I was surprised that Lucas put that in there. It was one of the stand-out moments of the prequels. The Seven scene is a top one, but the scene where the Jews are being led into Auschwitz (as "Schindler's Jews" are on the train watching) has always bothered me.

John Connor's foster father in Terminator 2. His foster father was killed onscreen, it's his foster mother who's death you don't see. Well, I meant that we don't see the kill itself on-screen, we just see the T-1000's arm extend out, and then we pan over to the final result.

Ben Gardner in Jaws... but I never worked out how the shark managed to spit out his head into that hole in the boat.

Not a movie, but something similar to Seven/Lust happens in the eroge Sengoku Rance. Worst part is that you can easily avoid it, too.

Return To Sleepaway Camp... one of the guys who runs the camp has a parrot cage put on his head with two rats in it. Scene cut.
Return to scene - counsellors walk in to find a huge hole in his belly, where the rats had eaten through his face to his stomach. More funny than anything.
