Well now I'm glad I didn't buy the PPV. I saw GenMe vs MMG last week and now I can see Hardy vs Angle go to a draw again this week. Oh TNA, you silly goose. Except Gen Me and The Guns had a different match than the one on iMPACT. And I'd say the same about Angle/Hardy here, but since it's still 2 weeks away, I don't know what is gonna happen there, as does anyone else who wasn't at the tapings. It's dumb to go on about how you don't need to get the PPV, cause of the one match, pretty much ignoring all the other matches, especially the ones that were really good, and especially after not seeing it right away, anyway, having to wait 2 weeks for it.

Trust me, I was purposefully ignoring the other matches. You want to talk about dumb? Paying hard earned cash money to watch Sabu, Dreamer, Nash, Jarrett, Stinger, Abyss/Rhyno, and the BP slop through some matches is not really for me. Combined with the fact that I'm tired of Anderson's schtick already - it just kind of killed the PPV for me. GenMe vs MMG was the only match that peaked my interest at No Surrender, the rest of them seemed bo-ring. Angle vs Hardy was kind of a morbid curiosity (not really a fan of either though) so now I get to see how they work together in a couple of weeks.

How could Anderson win the belt? He's not remotely world champion caliber in the ring and his mic schtick is tiresome. And after Angle and Hardy tore each other up and neither man could win, how are we supposed to think the mediocre Anderson could put either man away?
All of this and I would still rather see RVD vs. Angle at BFG.

I tried to tell everyone the Pope isnt getting the belt. Maybe eventually but not now. I have the same complaint about Angle/Hardy as last night. 2 matches with no finish is absurd. Everyone tried to hate on WWE for Cena getting up from that DDT but DREAMER HAD A FORK IN HIS EYE LAST NIGHT. When was the last time a TNA title changed hands at a PPV? Lethal winning the title would have meant so much more at BFG and could have had maybe a little build up. When did Lethal wrestle last? Why does he even deserve a shot? Didnt he lose to Flair and Hardy his last 2 matches? Im not upset he wont the belt but the way he did. As for Generation Me how can anyone take them as badasses seriously? They are less imposing than the Guns and they arent tough guys either. Maybe Wolfe/Magnus I could believe taking out Shelley and dominating but for whatever reason they think 2 guys who look like 12 years olds are better suited for that role. It's easiler not to explain. TNA just can't book. They have no idea how to get fans to buy a PPV. Because they give away EVERYTHING on Impact. They make look as if the PPVs doesn't matter. Hell they did a good job of it because I almost forgot that there was even a PPV sunday. You're kidding me, give EVERYTHING away on Impact? So what do you want? You want their big stars to never wrestle on free tv because they might accidentally give a ppv quality match away? You never want the champions to defend a title on FREE tv? Or have everyone half-ass the TV tapings so they don't give anything away for free? Like the WWE has never had a title change after the ppv on free tv? They also advertised the hell out of the ppv during Impact, Reaction and Explosion, too bad you didn't watch it if you forgot.

and has had one for the past 6 months, and it never really affected anything. But it did. Because Jeff Hardy, arguably the WWE's top face last year, has been just...there. So either TNA is waiting on the court case or they're incompetent. I'd love to hear which one you think it is. Really, how has he been "just...there"? He's had the whole angle with Anderson, and it leading him to the main event at Victory Road for the belt. He's been consistently one of the top contenders on the rankings, and having contenders matches with people on TV constantly. He makes it to the semifinals of the new title tournament. He is going to be in the main event of TNA's biggest PPV in a world title match. How can you classify any of that as being "Just...there"?!

Yeah - its actually a good thing they didn't slap the belt on him and make him the focus as the TNA audience needs to get used to him first. Hardy's also had a feud with Abyss and tagged with RVD for a few months as well.

Because TNA have taken the WWE's second top guy, maybe their very top guy of last year, a two-time world champion, and made him look like he's nothing special. RVD was treated as a bigger deal and he hadn't wrestled on TV for three years before he debuted.

Do not get why they jobbed morgan and williams. Giving Lethal a belt after ignoring him for 3 months does not fix anything.
Why not have Jay Lethal beat AJ styles and build towards a title match at bfg, then have kendrick beat kazarian.
You have a good giant in morgan, and have him lose to a tiny man like kendrick? Wtf kind of booking is that? Booking a big man as ineffective muscle makes no sense.

TNA's "2 steps forward, 1 step back" booking philosophy contines.

Has the TV Title been defended at all since it's inception?

Has the TV Title been defended at all since it's inception? AJ successfully defended against Rob Terry when he cashed in his rematch.

All of this and I would still rather see RVD vs. Angle at BFG. Agreed. Angle/RVD with months of build-up (Angle going through the rankings to finally get to Van Dam) was the logical main event for BFG. I don't know what happened to change that, whether RVD's appearances ran out or what, but that should have been the main event they went with. When RVD was written out, then they should have gone with Angle/Hardy at BFG for the belt. Give it 30+ minutes and let them do their thing. Anderson/Pope in a grudge match was the logical undercard match. Don't think Anderson belongs in the main event right now with the way he has been booked.

I would have been more apt to buy BFG if it were Pope vs Angle for the title, just because its a kind of match we haven't really seen yet.

It was them using RVD early on for meaningless appearances, and then for house shows too

Another thing I don't get is why is Madison teaming with LVE? Because on Reaction she said that she didn't need Angelina, Velvet or LVE. So it's weird that Madison would team with LVE anyway.
