So as a Jew, I saw this last night, and If I could describe it in a word, it would be: Mediocre. It's not the worst movie you ever seen, but there was nothing really hysterical or for that matter funny with the execpetion of a few bits. The Fockers(Streisand and Hoffman,) were barely seen in this one, which is a shame, as they, especially hoffman, were the highlights of the second movie. It is definitey the worst of the trilogy, and I would only recomend it, if you are a huge focker fan, and want to say that you've seen the complete triolgy.
on another note, I also didnt like how they ignored that Jack had a son of his own, to takeover as the patriarch of the Byrnes Clan when he's gone.

Meet The Parents was really good. Meet The Fockers was really mediocre...

The trailer killed all interest I had in this movie. The humor seems really cheap and uninspired (Ben Stiller cut himself! Robert DeNiro has a boner!)

I thought the first two were hilarious, but this one was extremely bland. It's just a retread of the same old jokes, with only a few good ones thrown in. If the Fockers themselves got more screen time (as well as the children), this could have been better.

I laughed at the "as a Jew" think, like seeing the movie is a right of passage lol
That's basically how I felt about Clash of the Titans. When people asked me how it was was, I was just like "I can honestly say, that it is a movie, and I watched it". I had never felt such a lack of feeling about something before. I neither liked it, nor disliked it.

At least this wasn't Righteous Kill. DeNiro has that going for it.

If they release it during 2011 Holiday Season, it will be "Merry Christmas, Mother Focker!!!"

I actually enjoyed it. Granted, it wasn't nearly as good as Meet the Parents or even Meet the Fockers, and the same old "I still don't trust Greg despite two whole movies about this" stuff was annoying, but I still laughed heartily. Jack having a boner is funny to me.

Yeah, no interest at all. I hated the first one, hated the second one and there's no way I will go see this.
I read in the paper, Hoffman refused to do the film, then relented, so his scenes were filmed after everyone elses' and are just tacked on or something.

Yea, Hoffman was a LATE addition which is why they were hardly in it. I liked the first two, and thought this one was OK. Funny, but not close to the first two. We took my 83 year old grandma to see it yesterday. A little awkward on occassion....

One of my favorite moments ever was when "Meet the Fockers" came out. It was a pretty lousy movie, but this moment in the theater was one of the funniest things I've ever seen:
My friend Trevor (super-ho-hum and deadpan): "One for Meet the f***ers, please." Ticket guy at our mall theater: "Excuse me?" Trevor: "Meet the f***ers." Ticket guy (super-pissed and serious): "We don't have any movie like that. Do you mean Meet the Fockers?" Trevor: "Oh, yeah, sure, that."
Trevor could not give less of a s*** about asking to see Meet the f***ers while that ticket guy was about to lose it. It was hysterical.
