Two actually and I still can't figure them out now. One I think is a late 90s alternative song with "fall on me" or maybe I might be wrong. It's a slow song and towards the end, it sounds like it has an acoustic solo. The other is a country song from I believe the early 90s and it sounds like it says "On a broken road for the longest time" and it has like drum notes after that. I can't name them and I might be wrong about the lyrics. I recently heard the former at Kohl's, the latter, when I was camping last year and some people camping near me were playing some country music and I heard that song, but I still don't know what it's called or who sings it.

That really funky song that goes "come on, funk show brother". Still dont know who performs that one. The line is "Right about now, the funk soul, brother". It's "The Rockafeller Skank" by Fatboy Slim.

I just found out that song Jane (not the BNL one) was by Jefferson Starship. Which suprised me because every other song I associate with them sucks.

For me, it was "Freebird". I heard it everywhere for years but really didn't know what it was until I watched "The Devil's Rejects".

There's some... thing. I guess it's a song, of some sort, but it's almost impossible to describe as there are no lyrics. It's been real popular at sporting events for the past 5 years or so -- I first heard it during the Red Sox' run to the World Series win a few years ago. It's like... maybe an organ in the background, but mostly just piped in crowd chanting going "oh oh oh oh oh... oh oh oh oh oh oh, oh oh, OH oh." Repeated over and over and over and over and OVER AND OVER AND OVER UNTIL I WANT TO RIP MY OWN EAR OUT. Does this thing have a name? Zombie Nation(sport chant) - Kernkraft 400 didn't joe satriani cover this?

After practically hearing this song for years at sporting events...and pretty much everywhere on the planet in 1995 I had no idea who wrote this song for years until a few months ago when I figured out that 2 Unlimited was responsible for this song.

For years, I'd hear it where I worked at a retail store. I'd hear it at other retail stores. Thought it was some early '80s stuff.
Finally discovered a couple of weeks ago it was called "All Through The Night" by Cyndi Lauper. I was dumbfounded, didn't think the store played anything newer than Huey Lewis. (I swore my store had a contract with Huey Lewis, cause they played every one of his songs.)
