I've been meaning to watch "A Diva's Christmas Carol" and I will soon, but to answer the question, I actually enjoyed "Ebbie", which was a Lifetime movie from the mid-90s with Susan Lucci playing the Scrooge role.

Muppet Christmas Carol is the first one that pops into my head too. From the interplay between Gonzo as Charles Dickens and Rizzo to Kermit's Bob Cratchet, just an all around great movie.

Blackadder's is the best, followed by Scrooged, then the Alistair Sim one.

Muppets.
It has a genuinely brilliant performance by Michael Caine mixed in with catchy songs, terrific narration and jokes. So it has everything the old versions had, but with Muppets.
Even Red Lanterns like Muppets.

Muppets for me,such an amazing, memorable film.Tiny Tim was so darn adoreable in it too, always has me in tears when his family sits around the table during Scrooges spirit and his chair was empty bar his hat and walking stick...Michael Caine was amazing along with it.
