So I wanted to get the Bears Johnny Knox throwback jersey with the orange numbers. NFLshop.com stopped carrying it in my size so I started doing some searches and came across NFLstoreusa.com. I was skeptical about the site, and wasn't gonna buy from them, but I told my friend about it and she said she looked them up on Consumer Reports and it had a good review. (Does anybody happen to have an account with Consumer Reports that could tell me if it says anything? That'd be awesome.) So I take her word for it and bought on December 14. The next day I see the charge on my bank card for a company called g2gmall.com, which I guess is the parents company of NFLstoreusa.com, whatever. I got an email from them saying confirm your order on our website, so I go on the website, log into my account, there's no option to confirm order. Since the 14, it still says "Processing" not shipped. So the other night I decide to do a simple google search, which I should have done before I bought, because if you do there's a bunch of yahoo answers posts about NFLstoreusa.com is a scam and people either don't get their jersey or when they do its a cheap chinese knockoff. Ugh. So I went to the bank to dispute the charge and try to get the money back but they can't do anything till December 27th. This sucks, but lesson to anybody thats looking for a cheap jersey, don't go to NFLstoreusa.com. Haha.

We need a general scam thread, I'd add Blue Hippo Funding.

Well, the site I have been getting NHL stuff from, I can't tell the difference between it and authentic stuff, even side by side. All the patches are present and correct, stitching is kick-ass, even the tags like you'd get from the store are there and spot on.
Not sure what the deal is, they are replicas, but I am sure they are wholesaling or selling them out the back door or something.
The only thing missing is the "authentic" tag NHL jerseys have sewn into the right front.
It's also all Paypal approved, so.....For peace of mind.

They sold me a really good 04 Bret Farve jersey. So you actually ordered from them and got it? And if you can't tell the difference between this and a regular one, then thats fine I guess, I mean it was cheaper than normal. If I paid the full amount a regular jersey cost I'd be mad that its a knock off.

The NFL one a buddy got looked good, it was Raiders, so just black with a name and number.

Step 1: Contact the seller and inform him of the steps you are prepared to take Step 2: Contact the Better Business Bureau Step 3: Contact the state's Attorney General Step 4: Contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center (a partnership between the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance
This process has worked for me every time.

Sorry, but you asked for it by ordering a Chicago Bears jersey. To quote Vince McMahon, "You deserve to be screwed!" Go Packers.

Chicago Bears 10-4 Division Champs Green Bay Packers 8-6 Division Chumps ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ I think we can all agree ... Lions suck. h - I don't know that any of those steps would work with a Chinese run company haha. I did talk to my bank and if I don't get the product in so many days, I could file a dispute that its a scam and get my money back, or if it comes and it is, in fact, a knock-off, I would have to send it back in a trackable method to make sure they got it back, then file a dispute that the product wasn't what was advertised. So there are a couple ways I could get my money back through the bank, but I suppose if I actually get it and its a decent product, I'll be fine. I'll just be mad if I don't even get anything!
