choose 1 and only 1 figure from each of these action figure lines as your favorite. It has to be based as much as possible on the toy itself, not how much you liked the character in other forms (movies, comics, cartoons, etc)
GI Joe: A Real American Hero Masters of the Universe Transformers (G1) Ghostbusters Thundercats TMNT Star Wars

Would Beast Wars count? I mean, it was set in the G1 universe. If so, it would have to be Optimal Optimus.

Let's see ...
GI Joe: A Real American Hero - Monstro-Viper Masters of the Universe - Rattlor (Still lives on my shelf.) Transformers (G1) - Didn't follow the toy line. Ghostbusters - That Ghost Toilet Thing Thundercats - Mumm-Ra TMNT - Slash (Evil Turtle) Star Wars - Only one I had was one of those green pig guards from jabba's palace. The Rancor would have my vote though, that toy was awesome.
Additional Batman: Animated Series - Clayface WWF: Hasbro - Jake Roberts (w/Snake)

GI Joe: Snake Eyes. Bad-ass and ninja-like. Masters of the Universe: Ram Man Transformers (G1): Ravage Ghostbusters: never had any Thundercats: Only thing i remember having was this Snarf that held onto a pen/pencil, so can't really count that lame thing so another n/a TMNT: didn't have any of these either Star Wars: AT-AT
I was into the cartoons/movies of all of these, but for some reason only got into the toys of some and not others.

GI Joe: A Real American Hero - Storm Shadow: Cool name, looked awesome, and was the only character able to match/defeat the enigmatic Snake eyes!
Masters of the Universe - Oh man, so many cool figures here...hard to choose...I have to go with Scareglow. One of the most awesome looking action figures I've ever seen!
Transformers (G1) - I have to go with Soundwave...that figure was just awesome beyond awesome!
Ghostbusters - Always had a soft spot for "Tombstone Tackle" a GIANT football player that turned into a demonic thingy. Back in the day, he was one of the few strong guys able to hang with Thor, Hulk, and the like!
Thundercats - Lion-O. I loved that sword and claw he had!
TMNT - Without a doubt, SLASH!!! I'm a sucker for "evil versions" of existing good guys. Slash was far better than that doofus Tokka, and could kick the turtles asses all combined!
Star Wars - Luke Skywalker in his Cloud City uniform. One of the few I actually had...and I loved his lightsaber!

GI Joe: A Real American Hero: THIS is like asking me to pick between "which of your own children do you like the best" because GI Joe is my thing. As a child, my parents were scuba instructors and thus one of the first figures I got was Deep Six, the one with the dolphin or whatever in the hardhat dive suit, less bulky than the other version. Even for being antiquated in his suit, that guy went on SO many missions. Lakes, pools, hot tubs, bath tubs, wherever there was water and something to be dealt with, Deep Six was there. I still have him, too. Later on in life he and Torpedo teamed up (mostly because I got a Torpedo in the ARAH 1997 relaunch <_< lol) but that's aside the point. As I type this, I can't believe I'm picking Deep f***ing Six of all people, but yeah, he definitely got the most play time as a kid and he's the reason why whenever there's a diver figure in the newer 25th, Movie, and Pursuit of Cobra lines, I always buy it.
Masters of the Universe: I can't explain why, but I always adored Trap-Jaw.
Transformers (G1): I didn't get into Transformers til way later on in life, but if I'm allowed to use it, the recent "Reveal the Shield" Jazz is very G1 reminiscent, right down to his color scheme and robot mode appearance, and this series even includes the heat activated Autobot emblem!
Ghostbusters: Gotta go with Slimed Heroes Venkman. Was wearing his tan uniform and when you dipped him in cold water or squirted him with it he'd be covered in pink ectoplasm!
Thundercats: N/A
TMNT: Forgive me as I don't remember the series, but the ones that had the motorized action features? I think I had a Leo or a Raph that would breakdance on a manhole cover type thing. t was silly, but I remember being enamored with it. Honorable mention to Mikey with nunchuck twirling action.
Star Wars: Power of the Force Jedi Knight Luke. He was just so badass to me as a kid. He was ready for that final battle. Even if the cloak was barely flexible, it didn't hinder him and easily came off.

I never had any figures of my own aside from wrestlers - I was more into electronic games. But my brother had them.
GI Joe: Roadblock. Always liked Roadblock, he had the shaved-bald head before anybody else did and he was bad-ass; kinda like Samuel L. Jackson. If I did wrestling matches with my brother's Joes, he was always my babyface World champion. (And, he'd team with Alpine. I had Roadblock turn heel once, and even I wondered "why did I do that?")
TMNT: Casey Jones was hardcore! Had the golf-bag full of weapons. (Rafael was my favorite Turtle.)
Star Wars: We never actually had any of my own except for a Han Solo and a Stormtrooper, but a friend of my brother's had the Jabba the Hut with the pit. I always thought that was cool. (Now, as far as the vehicles, I absolutely LOVED the X-1. My cousin had one and I spent the whole week playing with that thing. I'm sure my mom and aunt wanted to hide it because it made this sound of lasers shooting when you pressed the button.)

Real American: Hulk Hogan Masters of the Universe: Panthor but as he's best when Skeletor is riding him I'll go for King Hiss. Transformers (G1?) - For some reason I liked the tiny ambulance over more complex figures.
Ghostbusters: So many greats but you can't beat Stay-Puft/Marshmallow man. Nice shout on the versatile Tombstone Tackle though, I often booked him against Bam Bam Bigelow.
TMNT: Donatello (Didn't have many) Star Wars: Bounty Hunter Leia WWF: Papa Shango

GI Joe- Cobra Comander Masters of the Universe- He-Man Transformers (G1)- Jazz Ghostbusters- Winston Thundercats: Never got into it. TMNT- Ace Duck, though Donatello was my favorite. Star Wars- I didn't get interested in anything SW-related until I was a teenager. It was the Episode 1 hype that made me curious.
