So, for some reason, I randomly remembered a couple of game shows from the '90s, and... want to find clips of them, if at all possible, but, of course, don't remember the names.... Figured The 'Crap might be useful allies in this endeavour.
From my recollection, all three were on The Family Channel in America (before the Fox takeover, so Wikipedia would date them as between 1990 and 1998... I'd tend to think they were around in '94-'96, or so).
The first had... typical... "physical" gameshowy stuff, like a Family Channel version of GUTS or something, which had an event where they were in this like... mini-tank thing (called an ARGO, maybe?) and had to navigate some kind of multi-terrain track....
The second had a mystical setting, kind of like a knock-off of Legends of the Hidden Temple. I think the final round was a couple of kids running through a labyrinth, and one area was full of mirrors, or broken-looking mirrors or somesuch, with a spooky voice over.
The third, I think, was something involving families and their dogs doing tricks and an obstacle course, which I think later became a show on Animal Planet... this is the one I care about least, though.
Any ideas?

Figured the first one might be Family Challenge. Had no idea on the 2nd or 3rd, but the yt desciption on the 1st video mentions shows called Wild Animal Games and Masters of the Maze. So.. are these what you're looking for?

So.. are these what you're looking for? After a wee bit more searching, I found all 3! Masters of the Maze was right for #2 (apparently, in 3 months it had two different hosts, since both JD Roth and Mario Lopez hosted it), the first was called Maximum Drive, and the third was called "That's My Dog". Thanks!

Family Channel pretty much was "The Game Show Network" before GSN even aired ;D They use to air EVERYTHING: Originals: Trivial Pursuit Boggle Jumble Shuffle That's my Dog Wild Animal Games Master's of the Maze Family Challenge (Ray Combs last show.)
They also reran old shows (usually with the old commercials promos in between.) Split Second (Hall) Face the Music Name that Tune Sale of the Century
There may have been others but my mind is fuzzy.

My favorite was Funhouse
So much better than Double Dare IMHO.
The funhouse run at the end looked like so much fun.

I remember one episode of That's My Dog where instead of running the obsticle course, the dog ran off the set and I think ran out of the studio. I almost died laughing.
I miss that show.

here's one that never gets mentioned
I should add that while it wasn't a kids game show it aired during the Saturday morning cartoons block so I counted it as a game show for kids.
