Has anyone ever tried online gaming in one of those rooms that block out the outside world? No light or sounds coming in, just you and the game.
Or is it just people that are gaming addicted who does that.

My office is completely silent... and I had Tinfoiled the windows before on weekends where the wife is gone and I get to do serious gaming.
It lets you really get into the game. on the flip side, you can REALLY bug out your eyes if you overdo it.

I used to do at least the light proofing.
Then I realized that the problem wasn't light in general, it was where I had the lights was glaring up the TV something awful.
The setup I have now makes everything look better with the lights on.
