4 all plausable, and refreshing/interesting combinations. Which one would you prefer?
Cena vs. Miz. Miz makes good on his word to rise to the top. Still has something to prove, and needs beat the measuring stick of Main event.
Bryan vs. Miz. A year long fued concludes at Wrestlemania. Bryan finally proves himself to Miz and Michael and Cole and WWE universe. Plus NXT cinderella story.
Bryan vs. Punk. IWC dream match.
Cena vs. Punk. Potential for great match. IWC favorite vs. WWE Universe favorite. Plus Cena is better than people give him credit for. Put him in with a guy like Punk and you might get a classic.

O yeah Jomo too, but he's not quite in the Punk/Cena/miz/bryan mess so that I could switch him into any other combination.

Miz is main event. Bryan isn't yet. Maybe next year. So that match is out.
Cena/Miz is what my money is on and I think is what will draw the most buys. Good match, good promos.
Cena/Punk is the next most likely option, but I don't think they'll wait until wrestlemania for this. Plus, I don't think Punk is a big enough Wrestlemania main event draw yet. Better match, better promos though.
Bryan/Punk is likely especially if Cena/Punk doesn't happen. The promos won't be as good, but the match itself could be this generation's Savage/Steamboat.

Sums up Jomo pretty well. Anyway, yeah. Cena/Miz Punk/Bryan. The only thing is I'd love to see Cena/Punk treated like a huge ME...I feel it'd be a classic feud..

Cena/Miz, and let Miz win. He would get amazing heat from that. He can even job at Backlash if necessary.

Bryan/Punk because the outcome isn't predictable I'd still like Cena/Miz. We can have that and have a fantastic US title undercard of Punk/Bryan. I don't think we'll see Punk/Bryan for any of the two "major" titles.

Cena/Punk. I think it would be a better match than Cena/Miz, and I'm not convinced that Miz is more of a draw than Punk. Miz attracts more attention from the entertainment media but I think Punk attracts more wrestling fans, the kind of people who are ready and willing to spend money on pay per views.

I think Cena vs. Miz will happen at WrestleMania. I'd rather see Cena vs. Punk, though. Obviously we'll get it soon, but I doubt it's at WrestleMania.

Punk/Bryan US Title - It could be the workhorse match of the PPV, and with a good 20-25 minutes it could be the best match of both guys careers. Have Bryan hold the belt until Mania, building him up as a fighting champion. Punk finally takes the belt off of him after a grueling match.
The only thing I don't like about this idea is that it probably means that Cena squashes punk sometime before Mania.

Punk vs DBD, if they gave them 20-25 minutes it would steal the show

I think Punk/Cena would just be the all around better match. It could be a really compelling Wrestlemania match, with both men doing really good promos and have a good, dramatic match to boot. I don't want to sond like all the other IWC, but I'd have Punk get the controversial win, and then Cena gets payback at Extreme Rules.
I don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but the only way Bryan will get at Wrestlemania right now is in MiTB if they have one this year. There's no clear contender for the title and we don't want just a throwaway match.
For Miz, he'll probably face somebody else at Wrestlemania like Triple H or Randy Orton or both.
