They have a child each, which you know and like. Then you find out one is bullying the other. How'd you handle it?

I would try to talk to both families. I would tell the victim's family and the bully's so they are all aware. Trouble arises from this though - you don't know what people are like sometimes when it comes to their kids. They may end up going ballistic on you for daring to even say anything is "wrong" with their child (even if you mean well).
I would try to intervene but I'd prepare to have it thrown back in my face.
