Seriously, it's like 90% of the roster releases since the post-Wrestlemania endeavoring have all been from Smackdown, without really trading any names over from Raw to fill in the holes. Wasn't the move to SyFy supposed to provoke a stepping up in Smackdown's game? It just seems like it's gotten worse instead of better and it's like a skeleton crew of a roster now.
This can't be just serendipitous. Are the SyFy ratings really awful or something?

Hey they got traded Ezekial Jackson! He was a big enough name to be on the RAW team at bragging rights! So technically shouldn't he be angry that he got traded to the show he hated like a month or two ago  |

I think all the releases are coming from the Smackdown roster because they've already been using Smackdown as a dumping ground for guys they don't really have any plans for (plus a few token main eventers), ergo they're the first ones to go over budget cuts and/or general dissatisfaction.
I was speculating over it months ago when the SD roster really started getting poached, and I still think there's a chance SyFy's considering cutting the show down to 1 hour. The roster's certainly down to ECW size these days.

I for one can't wait til the draft when Raw takes every remaining SmackDown star and in return sends over Zack Ryder, who wins the vacant World and Intercontinental titles. Naturally he'll usually be lucky to be on PPV what with the lack of challengers, but he'll also singlehandedly win every single brand supremacy match.
