I will paraphrase one Lewis Black.
"WWE is a company of no ideas, while TNA is a company of bad ideas"

WWE is like Star Trek, having been around longer but following a very strict formula because the times they've deviated from it have ended badly; TNA is like Star Wars, in that they got by early on with one product but now try everything imaginable hoping to get bigger than ever while never coming close to succeeding.

I will paraphrase one Lewis Black. "WWE is a company of no ideas, while TNA is a company of bad ideas" I think that sums it up nicely

TNA bookers, they drive a car like this: *hunches forward with both hands in front of him, sings a nerdy sounding song to himself* Now WWE bookers, they drive a car like this: *leans back casually with one hand in front of him, adding beatbox sounds* Russo: Ah ha ha, it's true, it's true! We're so lame! Iiiiis the correct answer.

A WWE storyline is usually between a five or seven out of ten, while a TNA storyline is between a two and an eight.
Or
WWE has consistently alright booking, while TNA's booking is either horrible or really good.
