I thought the rose was a nice touch. And the fact that he couldn't be bothered to utilize the coat's sleeves.  The story of it being that if a fight broke out and he could remove his coat without trouble reminded me of something out of a street fighter game before the round started which I loved. |

He gave it a backstory. WWE didn't control the NXT rookies' WWEUniverse blogs and thus they didn't do anything to contribute to the story of the coat. |

Yuh it's amazing he's 6' 7" and manages to find the only coat in the world that looks like he can swim in it ;D Oh, and I also second the return of DBD's cranberry-colored bathrobe and Christian's sparkly hoodie. |

I miss the coat. It added a touch of class to Barrett, plus I enjoyed his blogs where he explained that each of the flowers he wore had a meaning  The coat would still suit him, it would kinda add to his image as a diabolical leader. |

The coat sadly screams midcarder. Miz didn't get taken seriously until he stop wearing the fedora and bedazzled shorts. Yeah because Cena's jorts totally scream 'main eventer'. Man I'm tired of people saying stuff like that. |

Speaking of Swagger and the WWE being against distinctive attires unless your name is John Cena or Rey Mysterio, what the hell was so wrong with Swagger's WM singlet that he switched back to the boring black one he's been wearing ever since? |

Entrance attires really help give guys character and make them individuals. Christian, Edge, Swagger, Miz, Barrett. Why take away the personality from the entrance and the performer. Pretty soon Morrison's fur will be extinct. Oddly enough though, Big Show has been sporting a varsity jacket during his entrance now. Imagine Ric Flair coming out without the robe or Deadman Taker coming out with no hat and coat. Just so, ordinary. |
