They should put Finley, Val Venis, Jamie Noble and other guys who are in shape to wrestle in the ring occasionally. Hell, I don't think Matt Striker announces on Superstars so put him in a match on Superstars each week. Maybe under a mask.

I wish we still had proper jobbers. Guys like Barry Horrowitz. That'd just take what little TV time both brands have from guys who are never on as it is.

On house shows and such, this is a fine idea. It would be a good way to teach younger workers and help them improve in the ring.
On television and pay per view... I'd say no. Unless they are intended to be apart of the main roster than it's a waste of time to have them on television.

Definately not on PPV, except as space filler for a battle royal or elimination match or something, but they should be on Superstars or mid show matches on Raw or Smackdown

Would it just be free for WWE to tell them "go out and wrestle"? Seems like they should have to pay them to do that since they aren't performers. If that's the case, they might as well pay for proper jobbers who aren't so old.
If it's free. I guess. Though don't really see how it would help anyone get over beating Jamie Noble or Billy Kidman nowadays any more than beating anyone else you put out there.

I think all of the people mentioned have played as the Swagger Soaring Eagle before.

They're the least interesting people in a wrestling ring, and in my opinion their opponents become that much less interesting just for facing them.
