I read on a dirtsheet that Nexus may have a new member. This time, the new member will be a female and it said that WWE creative is high on the idea. Should this be taken with a grain of salt? Also, if in the event that it does happen, who would be ideal?

What's the point? I mean, seriously? Naomi, Maxine, or AJ would be ideal especially since the NXT 3 contestants were subject to humiliating comments week in and week out by the commentary. |

What would they accomplish? Be part of the never ending Nexus beatdowns? Can't really do that because you know Cena can't hit a woman. Be part of a random angle in the Divas division? What's the point of that? WWE doesn't ever seem to care about Diva Angles, so why should anyone else? Just seems like it'd be one more pointless step to Nexus that wouldn't have really any positive besides "Hey look, a girl is in Nexus now." |

I could see it going either way, myself. If they added a woman, it could work, but it could also just make her a token if they do it badly. Maybe they're trying to introduce a female specific bit of Nexus merch and they need someone to put it on. |

Can't really have the male members of Nexus joining in on attacks on random divas like Eve or The Bellas so don't see how it would work. This is the biggest problem with the idea for me. Any single female member of Nexus(excluding possibly Kong), would be at a huge disadvantage trying to "take out" the rest of the women. |
