I know there are certain moves that they have banned to be used in the WWE but there are TONS of moves that are just never used anymore.
Here are a few I thought of, add to the list
Abdominal stretch - Everyone use to use this move, its been forever since I have seen it used
Standing Suplex - Sure D.H. uses it but this was another staple that all larger wrestlers seemed to use.
Fisherman Suplex - I guess we can count Beth using it but this could be a staple of a younger wrestler's moves like Swagger or Dolph it was great when Perfect used it and its still a great move.
Texas Cloverleaf - I just don't understand why no one uses this move
Leg Drop- probably the easiest move that no one seems to even think about using anymore

The inverted suplex like Kane used to do
Tilt-a-whirl backbreaker?
Dragon sleeper
Northern lights suplex

Cena uses a fisherman suplex pretty regularly. It's modified a bit, but still.

I can't remember the last time I saw a low blow. Not sure if they were banned or they're just not PG.

One of the NXT series 4 guys is using a leg drop from the ropes for his finisher. I think it's Johnny Curtis. Not 100% though.
But yeah, the last leg drop I can recall before that was Matt Hardy over a year ago.

I'm fairly certain Regal uses the abdominal stretch, but he doesn't get a lot of lengthy matches to do so anymore.

Although I would like to see someone use it like Perfect did Just thought of a few more Sunset flip - c'mon its an easy spot to use in a match Swinging neck breaker- whenever someone put there head down before you always saw either a sunset flip or a swinging neck breaker

The inverted suplex like Kane used to do Dragon sleeper I also liked Kane's fall-forward powerbomb he used as a finisher briefly. And I loved Undertaker's Dragon Sleeper, despite the hilariously stupid name ("Taker Care of Business?" Really?) The thing with Cena's fisherman is that he grabs the leg in a way that makes it look like a tweaked normal suplex, I think. I miss the top-rope elbow drop. It seems to have went with Shawn. Recent, I know, but still.

Isn't that more of a Rocker Dropper/Fameasser-type move, but from the top?

I was thinking like Hogan use to use, or X pac or D'Lo. Just about anyone

Nobody really seems to use power bombs aside from the Last Ride. Although it seems Orton has done it a few times recently.
Never seen a torture rack.
No figure four leg locks...I assume to keep fans from "Woo'ing"
No chops (See figure four)
Can't remember the last belly to belly I saw.
No brain busters

Any move of Edge's that isn't the spear seems to have an extremely short lifespan.

For the leg drop subject, Taker still does one whenever he actually wrestles.

The Torture Rack, because JBL used to do it and others should be capable too.

I know you said not including banned moves but even Lawler seems to have stopped using the piledriver. Actually he doesn't use the 2nd rope fist drop now either which is a shame as I love that move for some weird reason.
Dragon Screw ARMBAR! The torture rack (dammit in the time it's taken me to write that and check another site it's been mentioned twice) I would usually say the surfboard but Danielson has used it relatively recently.
Does anybody use the gorilla press?
