Let's look on the bright side for a moment, if they even remotely push Kong as a legit force, she'll be in contention for the title at some point.
Conversely, when/if she does wind up with the title, you wind up with the ridiculous visual dissonance of the Diva's Butterfly on freakin' Awesome Kong.
Someone refresh my memory, was the Diva's Belt changed at all after the title unification? I want to recall it becoming slightly less like Justin Gabriel's trunks and getting a more metallic, slightly bigger and more legit look, but I could just be remembering wrong. Either way, the belt just won't look right on Kong, period.
Now, I'm of the camp that thinks that the best way to bring Kong in would be as an unstoppable monster heel, albeit one that can finally take advantage of her woefully underused mic skills. If ever there was a best chance to have a character destroy a belt for a redesign, this is it. Granted, the original women's championship design wasn't much to sneeze at, but there's no reason they couldn't redesign it at all. If you want to differentiate the women's belt, keep it gold but put it on a white backing or something.
