The one on this week's show?
Funny, I randomly turned to iMPACT for the first time in months, and that's what I saw.
And I thought Kazarian was so good, it almost convinced me to watch the rest of the show.

I left the room for a minute and came back in the middle of it -- from what I saw/heard, it sounded like a bad e-fed promo. Lots of supposedly "edgy" one-liner insults and such. A good promo tells a story, just like a good match, and isn't just a bunch of insults hurled at your opponent. Kaz has had decent times on the mic, but can we not leave him out there alone with the mic again? Kthx.

Flair could have done it better and my theory as to why (other than being Flair) is Kaz's was scripted. Kaz couldn't have gone out there and just went off about Jay Lethal. Flair, due to who he is probably could have and it would seem more natural.

I'd be fine with Flair in Fortune if he wasn't the leader, and I'm thinking about doing youtube videos again, and I might do a complete video on it, and I'll have Flair talking while I'm talking over him, it will be all fun.
He should be like he was in Evolution, as the manager with AJ Styles as the leader. Flair can be a good manager, and managers are needed nowadays, but he can't be the out and out leader of the group.
Even Bobby Hennan didn't try to come across as a big star with the Hennan family, because there they did stables a lot differently back then, and he had more important people then him such as Andre the Giant and Mr. Perfect.

Kaz' promo is not at Ric Flair level, but geez not many people are. It wasn't horrible either. It sure was needed to help get Kaz over in this role though. I didn't like how suddenly he took out Lethal, but whatever. I think the segment worked though.

His promo was light years from what he used to be. Kaz has improved a lot in this area recently. If anything, Flair must be of a great help(remember how AJ started being so good early in the year after having been so bad in the past?).

It felt more forced than bad, as if Kaz were told - go out there and rip on Jay Lethal; have a go at his past, where he comes from etc, whereas it would have felt more natural if Kaz had simply ripped into Jay for being a poor champion, not deserving of the belt and how his (Kaz's) job was to bring the belt home to Fourtune where it belonged.
My only real grumble about it was that it was a bit unnecessary; we, the fans, know that Kaz as a member of Fourtune is a heel, and that the heel stable is trying to gain all the gold. So having Kaz rip on Lethal's family didn't really add anything to that other than making the guy seem like a douche for making it personal.

Flair has been cutting the same damn promo for nearly a decade now.
I'm not saying its not entertaining, but its not something that draws me in or will make me more interested in a feud.
If anything they need to give Flair LESS on air promo time.
Guys only get better by doing promos more often. This was Kaz's first promo in a while.

Kaz's promo was terrible. He's been fine on Reaction - so it surprised me that he sunk so low. I mean, Matty Matty Chicken Patty was better than this. If it was scripted whoever did it needs to stop hanging around grade schools.

I just hope they don't take the route I THINK they're going to take...
HHH vs. Booker T, that's all I'll say.

now let me bring up something silly. correct me if i'm wrong, but i think months ago during lethal/flair feud, ric flair attacked lethal's brother, named mohammed. so what happened that kaz didn't mention him as one of lethal's brothers? and used two other names instead?

Considering what we usually get from Kazarian, I wouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. Also, I liked the little touch of him laying his Rolex on Jay's chest.

It maybe not comprehensible in any way, but he's not doing the same things. That's why fans popped at Jay Lethal when he immitated him, because it's a bunch of stuff we hadn't heard in a lot time with "shut up fat boy!" and stuff like that.
