So here is the game:
One poster points out a plot hole in some TV show, movie, etc. and the next poster fills it in. Try not to get too too obscure as tat might kill the game.
To start:

Gabe is secretly the son of Jo Bennett, the former C.E.O. of Sabre. As part of the deal allowing Robert California to take over, he had to agree to let Gabe stay with the company. During the process of finding a place for Gabe, Robert becomes aware of the Gabe/Erin/Andy love triangle. He places Gabe in the Scranton branch to test Andy's mettle as a leader.
Why didn't Harry, Ron, and Hermione just use the timeturner to save Dumbledore, Sirius, Fred Weasley, Lupin, Tonks, Snape, etc...?

During the events of Order of the Phoenix, Dumbledore had the Time-Turner destroyed, in case his worst fears were fully realized and Voldemort managed to take over Harry's body, or (as happened in the sixth book), the Death Eaters managed to breach the walls of Hogwarts.
Just how did Michael Myers track his sister's exact location to that school in California?

In the latest Star Trek movie, why did Spock maroon Kirk on the ice planet? Why didn't he just place Kirk in a holding cell?

Judy develops a massive crush on Steve Urkel and becomes jealous of all the attention he gives Laura. Her jealousy motivates her pull increasingly dangerous pranks on Laura. This culminates with Judy causing Laura to trip over a wire and fall down the stairs. Carl and Harriet, concerned for Laura's safety and genuinely worried that Judy may have serious psychological problems, send her away to a school for troubled girls, from which she does not return before Family Matters is cancelled.
In The Empire Strikes Back, Luke leaves Dagobah before he completes his Jedi training to go to Cloud City to rescue his friends. However, when he enters Jabba's palace in Return of the Jedi, he is a full-fledged Jedi Knight. No mention is ever made of him returning to seek more training from Yoda. What gives?
