Austin in 2001, turned heel to win the belt, then face to lead team wwf against the allicance and then heel again when he turned on team wwf at the invasion

Flair was a heel when he beat Steamboat for the NWA title, was turned face when Funk attacked him, then turned back to heel when he kicked Sting out of the Horsemen.

Austin went face-heel-face-heel-face in 2001 and had the title for the marjority of that year.
