So I was looking through the roster page as I usually do, looking for new cartoon shots... when I notice the staff page has been fully updated outside of maybe the commish. and I also see Wink, Gavin, and some referees getting new photos. One however, stood out  He's tired of being beaten up! Is it a rule in Chikara that staff members need a beard? Also, The Band thing continues to intrigue me. |

So word on the street is that the third little Hydra looking bastard from the Batiri debuted last night in a 6-man match over at AIW. We believe we found out that his name is Kobold/Kobald. We're not sure on how to spell it, but I think it's Kobold, just because somebody posted the meaning of the word "kobold" and it makes the most sense.
A kobold is a sprite from German mythology. There are three types primarily-the slightly mischievous but also beneficial house ones, ones that haunt mines, and the Klabautermann, which lives on ships and helps sailors. Something tells me our Kobold is an underground dweller, judging from the beady evil eyes.

Wow, wonder why Wiggly's leaving. I believe the reasoning is, as semi-explained in the video, that Wiggly is attempting to work on a CHIKARA music album in earnest as well as composing more original music for CHIKARA. |
