Joe vs.Kenta Kobashi in ROH was very awesome if you're a fan of Kobashi at all. Otherwise it's just a pretty good match.

All of the Joe vs. Punk ROH matches were fantastic.

AJ vs. Low Ki from Zero-One in Japan was pretty damn amazing too.

Can't really comment on the rest because I didn't see much of their indy work.

Joe vs Punk 2 was at Joe vs Punk II (duh)

Joe vs Punk 3 (no time limit) All Star Extravaganza

and I'm pretty sure that the show that Joe vs. Kobashi happened was called "Joe vs. Kobashi". At least that's what the DVD title was. No idea on any of these dates though, sorry.
