Funny thing is, most people assume the Dungeon was in Stu's basement but it was actually in a different building. The basement ring was used but it was secondary.

Wish the Hart Children never sold the house, they should've tried to keep it and keep training going in The Dungeon

Ah, I should have worded it better. Most people assume that the Dungeon was where the Harts and all the other wrestlers associated with the school actually trained. They had another building and another ring where they learned to wrestle, with the Dungeon serving as Stu's gym. Stu himself stopped training people right before Jericho and Storm showed up.

Oh, I get ya. But yeah it's pretty common knowledge that it wasn't the sole building because... well they need a ring to train how to be in one.
