I have NEVER (EEVVVVVVEEEEER) been this excited about a wwe dvd! Just reading through all that brought back a ton of memories. The ONLY other thing that I would have included would be Goldberg vs Raven for the U.S. Title. Awesome match with Goldberg plowing through the entire flock. I was there at that Nitro, front row camera side. That episode of Nitro was awesome (April 20, '98 I believe). I have never heard a crowd as loud for one wrestler ever, as during that Goldberg/Raven US Title match. When he one, the place exploded. I occasionally break out the tape of that Nitro to watch myself mark out as I was on camera most of the night. Also had a Savage/Hogan title change. My favorite event ever. This is a must buy for me. I have so many great memories of Nitro and the monday night wars. Say what you will about WCW, but they were hot as any company ever for a period of a few years. I wish they would have put one of the matches from the Booker T/Benoit best of 7 series for the tv title, but obviously that wasn't going to happen. Looks like an awesome dvd though.

They're really milking WCW for all its worth, aren't they? Well, they got their money back once the buys for Greed came in so why not bring in some more cash?

This DVD set would be even cooler if they didn't have to cut around the Canadian family murdering suicide committing elephant in the room. It’s going to make watching the 1996-early 2000 stuff kind of akward.

Wow!
This DVD is going to be great.
The only thing else I'd include is BAM BAM BIGELOW showing up to challenge Goldberg. That is an oft-forgotten great moment.

This is a must buy solely for the 1,004 holds segment. This! Even though that segment is on the Jericho DVD. Which if you don't have, you should feel ashamed. Which I tend to feel on most days.

It’s going to make watching the 1996-early 2000 stuff kind of akward. And there is ONE segment included that is going to be edited - the return of Ric Flair and the 4 Horsemen since Tioneb was standing right smack in the ring the whole time.

I can see them editing his intro out, but nothing else. Kind of like how he was treated on the Elimination Chamber DVD.

Best of 7 with Booker T, feud with Kevin Sullivan, feud with Raven (which had my favorite WCW match of the Monday night wars era), horsemen vs NWO. Awkward.

I wonder if, should this DVD outsell ANY of the current crop of PPV DVDs....WWE will finally get the message that people want GOOD wrestling such as what's included on these disks, and NOT "sports entertainment" or lame start/stop pushes?

Nope. If the DVD sells well it'll be because Vince McMahon "told us" to buy it. Same reason why crowds chant "ECW" when hardcore things happen...

Am I the only one disappointed that, once again, there's no Konnan? Whenever I turned on WCW it seemed like it was always Total Nonstop Konnan. I grew to love the guy, as the face of WCW. Yet, three DVD sets dedicated to WCW content and not one Konnan match? My only disappointment is that there isn't much crusierweight/Lucha Libre matches. Seriously, they did some wild stuff on that show. Otherwise, great DVD. Can't wait to get it.

What would have been awesome on this set if they put the AJ Styles match that was on Nitro before WCW went under.
