You'll have to wait till the one-hour special and then for the DVD/Blu-Ray. WWE isn't streaming the HOF on their website.

ROH t-shirts count as "business casual", right?

They've upgraded the event significantly. It was never business casual (in regards to the fans) before. Its also going to be running a lot longer than in the past years as there are no restrictions on speech length and that sort of thing. They also had the same rules last year (in regards to chants/catcalls) with signs hung around the place in Phoenix it was held.

I went to the ceremony at WM23, so I can understand the business casual wear stuff.
I can also understand the chants thing. This is the Hall Of Fame, it's about the hardworking people who earned their way into their (and some celebrity), it is not an opportunity to get yourself over like it's the Impact Zone or something.

So no chanting "USA! USA!" when duggan's on stage? That said, at least they are asking the attendees to be on their best behavior. Seeing the fans booing cena at the 08 one when he was talking about the legacies of the HOF wrestlers was embarrasing.

Ah I didn't think to check on prior HoF event rules. I automatically assumed this was a knee jerk reaction to what happened in NYC.

So, now they are forcing the dress code on the fans... well, if I was going to the cerimony, I'd want to dress as nice as I could. So, whatever. I wonder if they will throw fans out because they are wearing jeans and tennis shoes instead of black slacks and leather shoes.

Id imagine there are many people who traveled that didnt think to bring anything but jeans and t-shirts. You cant blame them.

The ban on chanting is a bit OTT, they should allow respectful chanting but not like "ONE MORE MATCH, ONE MORE MATCH" during the speech.
A "thank you Shawn" chant would be a example

I'd hate to see fan reports later tonight and early tomorrow saying they weren't allowed in because they didn't bring a proper attire..

If the dress code for a paid event is mandatory, it's required by law to state so or they'd face lawsuits.

There was some chanting last year. This is more to curb crap-on chants and the lame guy who wants to yell "You suck" on his own. If you put the signs up many people will take it as a cue to be quiet and there will be less of the gang mentality. Guaranteed when Shawn is up there, people will chant in places. If they tried to throw everyone there would be a near riot.

This seems pretty much standard for the HoF ceremony I remember them wanting fans to somewhat dress up for the event, like someone else has said it's more of a suggestion then a requirement.
As for the chanting, it says "There will be no inappropriate behaviour, cat calls or chants of any kind tolerated at all" i.e. USA chants for Duggan are fine, constant CENA SUCKS chants while he's trying to speak and alike are not.
I think people should actually read the statement before throwing all their toys out the the pram.

I could have sworn the last few years they have encouraged the fans to dress semi decent.
