I never knew that HBK was so close with Bob Holly. Really? Holly was Shawn's first choice to be his bodyguard but he realized doing that, his bodyguard would outshine him. So he had to go out and get some guy from WCW. *takes Slappy aside* You're new, so it's okay. But "Bob Holly" is never really Bob Holly. It's that one guy we're supposed to forget all about. You know...THAT guy. *ruffles Slappy's hair* Now get back out there kid! You're gonna do great things.

Or does no one even talk about him?

When we actually do, we...um...hmm...well, nobody ever really talks about Bobcore, so I'm not sure.

Is it true Dusty talked about the scaffold match? He did, and gave a hilarious imitation of the look on Bubba's face when Bubba realized he had missed where Cornette was supposed to land.

I just wanted to say that the HOF last night was great and very enjoyable.
My only complaints are the Phillips Arena employees who kept harrasing people about taking pictures claiming they were taking video and trying to throw people out for this. I know of at least 4 people around me who had this incident and they were not in fact taking video.
The cat calls were really annoying and about 75% came from section 210 (you know who you are). The employees tried to do everything they could about it but they were just outnumbered.
Also, Ric Flair got a HUGE pop when he walked out. Same as Austin. Same as Arn Anderson.

I remember reading someone suggest that the Hall of Fame tickets should be part of Wrestlemania weekend. If the fans start acting like ***holes at the HOF ceremony, they get one warning. Continuing to do so should lead them to get kicked out and have their WM tickets revoked.

Not sure if fan-cams of WWE events violate the board policy, but youtube has some clips of the Kliq minus Hall reuniting and other moments from the Hall of Fame.
Waltman looks very emotional. I can't help but think Nash looks bad with the jet-black hair and goatee when he is not dressed in his Diesel attire. He looked younger and better with the grey hair and facial hair.

Continuing to do so should lead them to get kicked out and have their WM tickets revoked. Not going to happen. If you make HOF a part of the "weekend", then everyone and their mother is going to want to go to the HOF. You'll have anarchy when they cant fit them in the building. Secondly, while they may not want chants at the HOF, they certainly want them at Wrestlemania where nothing you say is policed. You "revoke" their WM tickets, you are open to lawsuits BIG TIME. Its not going to happen. Its a stupid idea with no foresight. The WWE has really no options with this. They can make stricter rules. Make the dress code mandatory. But as its been said, if the security is outnumbered which is the case at every single event, they just cant stop it if 2000-3000 people start chanting. If its one or two chumps being assholes, thats a different story. The only other option is to close the HOF off to the public.

How did the HoF crowd react to Pac? I assume Nash, Triple H, and HBK got their usual cheers but Pac?

Crowd responded very well to X-Pac and Nash. They came out together, though X-Pac was in front. Triple H and Michaels did the old nWo/DX gesture where they point and call for someone to come out. The fans started getting excited as soon as they realized Shawn and Hunter were calling for someone to come out.

Well, you could make a limited number of HOF passes available in the HOF weekened. Or at least control the crowd size. You obviously can't hire 2000 security guards. As for controlling decorum, the HOF is a different event than Wrestlemania. It's these crowds that make it embarrassing to be a wrestling fan.

As for controlling decorum, the HOF is a different event than Wrestlemania. It's these crowds that make it embarrassing to be a wrestling fan. What are you talking about "these crowds"? Have you been to a HOF ceremony before? I've been to two. 95% of the crowd are respectful and know exactly what the event is about. It's usually a couple of dumbasses who drank too much before that don't get that this isn't a Raw. Every concert, sporting event, etc. has those people that want to be seen and heard and dont care. No reason to paint everything with such a broad brush. There's going to be chanting and even when there is, the majority is positive and welcomed by the person receiving it. The only way the WWE can control these events is to put more rules in place. Make the dress code mandatory, don't serve alcohol at the event, and don't mic the crowd. Usually the crowd will point out the bad apples to security as what happened with someone last night. The only other option is to close it off to the public like it was when it first started.

So all we get to see is The Road Warriors, Drew Carey and Shawn Michaels? I know they only had an hour but why Drew Carey? I wanted Sunny.

Why were some people so upset about Drew Carey being in the WWE Hall of Fame but not Bob Uecker or William "The Refrigerator" Perry?

Why were some people so upset about Drew Carey being in the WWE Hall of Fame but not Bob Uecker or William "The Refrigerator" Perry? Perry completed in one of the biggest matches at Wrestlemania that year. Eucker was at 2 Wrestlemanias and added something to each of them. Drew Carey was in a Royal Rumble for about 60 seconds. I wouldn't be as bothered by him being in if more deserving celebs were in there before him. But I'm bothered that the Hall of Fame broadcast on TV has Drew Carey's speech but not Sunny or Hacksaw's.

To be fair, if you put all the biggest names in first, be it wrestlers or celebrities, then the hall will just gradually decline and crumble. You have to try and space things out a wee bit.
