Interesting concept? What about a whole faction of English gents with the theme of Harry Potter? Maybe Wade Barrett could be a wizard? They could have backstage skits with Regal teaching magic? What are your ideas? How could they be involved in a storyline?

Vickie would be Umbridge; "Hem Hem" and "Excuse Me" are pretty similar, they both do the sugary sweet but evil act and both abuse power.
HHH would be Aberforth as his best friend is the GOAT.
Benoit is already "he who must not be named".
