Not an error. CM Punk did not get a second reign last night.

Technically, Punk was already champion, so it's not a new reign.

yes he did, he pinned John Cena, the announcers declared him the new undisputed WWE champion, Triple H raised his arm and then he was beaten by Del Rio in a match quite soon after!
it's a minute or so long WWE title reign that the WWE aren't recognising!

Not really. He never lost the title after initially winning it at MITB until Del Rio beat him.

You'd be correct if the Undisputed title was a new title, but it's the same championship. He could only have a new reign if he lost the belt before or it was retired, as it stands there was controversy that got sorted out, but no new reign was going to come out of it.

I think in their belief, Cena's reign is null and void, and Punk won the right to continue the reign he started at MITB.

actually yeah I see what you mean now. because of there being 2 champions the stipulation for the Punk/Cena match was whoever loses gets stripped of their title!

That would also mean that Mysterio's two hour reign is also null and void. Poor thing can't catch a break.

Cena and Rey's reigns are still official. Don't feel bad for Rey-Rey.

Its not null and void. They're still counting it.

It pretty much means that John Cena's title reign ended at 10:35 or so, and Punk's ended at 10:45 or so.

Look in the "won it from" section. It says Del Rio beat Punk; it never says that Punk beat Cena for it that same night.
I don't really understand how Rey's and Cena's interim reigns are "official." I mean, look at the page.
John Cena wins the title from Rey Mysterio. Then, Alberto Del Rio beats C.M. Punk for the title. Well, how the hell did that happen if Cena was the champion?
All the need is one more Punk reign listed, or at the very least an asterisk somewhere. I mean, what happens five years from now if someone is looking at the title history who is unfamiliar with this angle? They're gonna be confused.
