I believe there to be a very big difference between a good stuntman and a good professional wrestler. That match was soulless. And the wrestlers barely sold anything. They sold enough and the match wasn't soulless. They are good professional wrestlers. Pro wrestling doesn't follow a single formula in regards to what it should be. The story of the match was simple. 4 guys needed to win to get a contract. They damn near killed each other to win. They couldn't afford to stay down long because their livelihoods were at stake. They had to persevere and push past the pain. The fans were pulled in 4 directions because they wanted all 4 guys to get a contract. I genuinely think people overanalyze matches like this, especially if the action is fast-paced and involves cruiserweights. If you have a problem with a match like this, I suggest you not watch the MITB matches.

Who wants to bet that Bischoff will open the show with a 20-minute promo saying that the show absolutely sucked and that it will never be mentioned again?

Yea I don't understand the people that complain about matches like the 4-way last night. Yea, it was a spotfest but it was a very well choreographed spotfest without any big screwups. Matches like that aren't inherently bad, they're just bad when they're not done right. But I guess some people just want the "ZOMG PSYCHOLOGY AND DRAMA" that very few wrestlers really know how to do right.

Which a lot of times the impact zone doesn't get a good crowd response. You work the crowd you did the job. Yes it was a lot of spots but ALL well done and orginaized. Aries and Low Ki where doing submission and straight up hard hitting stuff and times not flippy floppy. They fault like they wanted the job badly that was wait the story was told. Overall this PPV was great and the best PPV TNA/Impact have done in a long time. This was a show that said wrestling matters. This stuff is what the normally PPVs and Impacts lack. This was a case of shut up and wrestle. This what most fans want. Action.

Action. exactly. it was matches like the 4way that used to OPEN the TNA PPV's back in the day. and for good reason. it was awesome as a fan to not only feel like a fan again, be excited about watching a PPV but also to say "OHHH" out loud at stuff which i haven't done for a long long time. and i missed that sitting up almost out your chair feeling. i liked the PPV. first half was dragging for me and i was worried, second half made up for it.
