I got through about 15 seconds of that... Why not have a band that people actually give a crap about? I said BAND, not some fool with a mic. Hell, someone find Paul McCartney and have him play "Live and Let Die" or something... I dread having to hear this garbage on the road to WM every 5 seconds. The rap hate has reached maximum levels.

As long as it isn't any Nu-metal I really don't mind any of the PPV songs , and besides it's been mostly generic rock songs for a better part of a decade I'm sure sure giving a few PPVs a different genre of music won't hurt anybody.

It's hard to hate something that you never liked to begin with. I'd rather listen to Bull Buchannan beating his testicles against a gong for the WM theme.

I still fully expect Justice's 'Civilization' to be one of the themes. It just works. As much as I'd like 'All of the Lights', they'd probably have to sell the entire Smackdown roster to pay for the rights.
My personal favourite theme is still 'Big Time' from 21. The 'welcome to the future' part fit in very well with the two main events.

Huh, I thought for sure that they were going to use that "Coming Home" song by Diddy since this Wrestlemania is the Rock's homecoming.

I'll take this over whatever nu-metal song they could have put here.

Oh no, not rap! This song isn't particularly good...but the fact that it's rap isn't why. Said it better than I could. Yeah it's not very fitting IMO, and it sucks, but I'm seriously rolling my eyes at the people talking about how terrible rap is. Just for them Imma go listen to some Blackalicious.

Should have used "Dark Horses" for 'Mania instead of the Rumble.

I'm not a big rap fan, but what's with genre hate? Why approach anything with a closed mind?

Should have used "Dark Horses" for 'Mania instead of the Rumble. I love the song but imo its better suited for Royal Rumble as the lyrics are about underdog's, stepping up etc. Not that it wouldnt work as a Mania song, I just think they have made the right choice of using a great Rumble theme. Hopefully they do have atleast have one rock song this year and not all rap (even if i would like Jay Z/Kanye or Lupe Fiasco)

Hell, someone find Paul McCartney and have him play "Live and Let Die" or something... That would be awesome. Even though I'm generally against live music acts on WWE PPVs, McCartney would be one of the highlights of the show.

This sucks so much I can't even...I understand that WrestleMania is supposed to be the most popular wrestling event and it gets mainstrem attention like rap etc...but,do they really have to use a rap song? Almost all rap songs today are crap and it shouldn't be hard to find a proper rock song.
They'll definitely use another theme, this is way too awful to be a Mania theme imo.

They need to bring back rock n' roll man, you know 'cause rock n' roll and stuff? rock n' roll man, it's like rock n' roll yeah man why can't they use a band with TALENT and MUSICIANSHIP man I miss the old days where WWE would use amazing rock n' roll classics like LIGHT IT UP man they just don't make music like DROWNING POOL and SALIVA anymore you know what I mean man LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR (On a side note, I'm really glad they didn't actually use "Boom", the reggaeton song in the commercials, as the theme. Not that I expected them to, but you never know with the WWE sometimes.)

What bullcrap. Another WrestleMania, another crappy rap song that has NOTHING related to wrestling smh. They should've used Fight Like This By Decyfer Down or Turn It On By Default. Anything but that. So because its a rap song it's a bad theme? I think the hook fits, maybe not the rest of the song tho. Y'know you guys on the post that have this "wrestling themes should be rock only" mentality have a screw loose or something. Hip-hop is mainstream and like it or not, catchy. I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news to you. Besides most of the rock that you named here wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. UGH. I can't stand closed minded people. Next you classics will complain about how you miss the "In Your House" PPVs.

How is this not the theme? It's a year old, yeah, but WWE is usually behind the times anyway. It's heard at like every sports game ever these days. Plus Ross, Khaled and TPain are all from Florida. It's perfect.

I'm loving the rap hate in this thread. Better this than some s*** Downstait/nu-Metal theme. What's best is that some of the alternatives are arguably more bland and unmemorable than the song they picked.
