Jets placed OLB Bryan Thomas on injured reserve with a torn Achilles' tendon, ending his season.

Here's something coincidental linking Al Davis as Steve Jobs. The iconic Apple 1984 hammer thru the TV screens commercial first aired during Super Bowl 18, Raiders vs Redskins.

Fantasy question... Eric Decker (home SD) or Stevie Johnson (Home Phi)? Decker. If Buffalo has any intelligence whatsoever, they're going to ram the ball down Philly's throat with Fred Jackson. Philly can't stop the run, Buffalo runs it well, thus no need for Johnson.

Good day for some football. Pats over the Jets by 10 Upset special: Atlanta over Green Bay I could potentially see that, or at the very least, a breakout day for Julio Jones(he's actually been kinda quiet so far this season....) and a gangbuster day for Tony Gonzalez. I love the Pack, but I have to call it like I sees it, and from what I sees their passing defense sucks ass. So I'm not entirely going to say the Falcons will win, but I will say their receivers will have a field day, so anyone with Gonzalez, Jones, or Matt Ryan on their fantasy teams, today might be a good day to start them(I start Gonzalez by default of him being my only good TE, though that might change now that I have Jared Cook as well).

Two choices I gotta make:
QB - Matt Schaub (vs. Raiders) or Mark Sanchez (at Patriots)
Flex - Mike Tolbert (at Broncos), Lance Moore (at Panthers) or Santonio Holmes (at Patriots)

Yes, I know, no Johnson(that's what she said), but it isn't like the Texans are devoid of receivers. Plus after what the Sanchize did last week, I wouldn't even think of starting him until he shows he's rebounded from that. As for your FLEX, that's a bit harder to pick. I say no to Holmes simply because for him to do good, Sanchez needs to do good.

When they beat New England, Sanchez had a great game (not amazing, but great). When they lost, Sanchez was an absolute trainwreck. I was about to pick Sanchez simply because Nick Mangold is supposed to be back, but you're right...Schaub still has Daniels and Foster can also catch the ball well. Schaub it is. As for the flex, I've decided on Tolbert simply because picking among Saints wideouts is like opening a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get.

Granted, there is the potential that Sanchez goes off and kicks ass, but sometimes it is better to take the more safe option. And Sanchez is far from safe. When he does good, he does amazing, like you said. But if he does bad, oh man, does he ever do it bad.

Picks for this week:
Buffalo over Philadelphia Indianapolis over Kansas City Arizona over Minnesota NY Giants over Seattle Tennessee over Pittsburgh New Orleans over Carolina Cincinnati over Jacksonville Houston over Oakland San Francisco over Tampa San Diego over Denver New England over NY Jets Green Bay over Atlanta Detroit over Chicago
As far as Sanchez goes, I think he'll easily have a better week than last week. We all know how tough the Ravens' defense is and the Patriots are a much easier defense to go up against. That said, Schaub is definitely more of a sure thng.

Rashard Mendenhall will most likely miss today's game with an iffy hamstring.

Rashard Mendenhall will most likely miss today's game with an iffy hamstring. Yeah, ESPN says he will be available...but only as the 3rd string running back. Isaac Redman will start.

One more question. I have Roddy White at WR, but have one more WR spot to fill.
Here are my choices.
Lance Moore (at Panthers) Antonio Brown (vs. Titans) Titus Young (vs. Bears)
