Also, I don't find most ratings discussions to be that relevant anymore. When I compare the amount of publicity WWE gets today with what they got 4 or 5 years ago, they're probably a bit more popular than a lot of fans assume. Not to Attitude levels, but at least enough to where they're not exactly in trouble.
I know their Twitter whoring is annoying, but the fact they trend so well during broadcasts is still noteworthy. And the 3.0 average and 200K PPV buy averages to me are more indicative of stream popularity and a huge increase in the number of channels, as well as dipping TV ratings across the board. A 3.2 today is probably worth as much as a 4.2.

I miss Cena's Jorts. I like Teddy Long and his Tag matches.

I actually watch NXT and Superstars. I feel that WWE should try to make people care about the C-shows so that appearing on them doesn't feel like a burial or a demotion.

I genuinely hate Jack Swagger. Hes about as entertaining as a stack of phonebooks
I also genuinely hate Alberto Del Rio, hes on the same boat as Jack Swagger
I think The Miz is a pretty damn good wrestler. Hes alot better than people give him credit for.
I believe a Santino Marella title reign would be alot more entertaining than a Daniel Bryan title reign. Its not a knock on Bryan, its just that having a Comedic Champion might change things up a bit.

- CM Punk really is a wrestling version of Mike Patton. Although that's probably not unpopular. In terms of appearance? Sure, I suppose. Attitude and expression of talents? No way.

I do not find Johnny Ace interesting or "exciting" in the slightest. THANK YOU! I legit thought I was the only one who thought this way. He's as stale and as uninteresting as the long line of heel GMs before him, I don't care how anyone tries to sugarcoat it. -Randy Orton is one of the best in the ring without any question. -The Rock can go do whatever the f*** he wants. He's given us years of entertainment and that's all we are entitled from him. Matter of fact, that's all we're entitled to from ANY wrestler. -He can also appear as many times as he wants as well. Be it once every 4 months or once every hour I don't care. -Same with Undertaker. -The divas division needs to GO. It's obvious the WWE doesn't care about it, so instead of grandstanding about it concerned about what the woman's groups will say, put it out of it's misery. -Likewise, I'm starting to get that same way with the Tag Team division. -I don't ever want Matt Stryker back on commentary. His smarky, holier than thou attitude, really got under my skin almost as bad as Cole did. -Cody Rhodes hasn't brought any more prestige to the IC title. It's still a worthless piece of tin no better than the US title. -I like Edge, but Christian has always been better than him in nearly every way. -I'm happy Brodus Clay is off my television set. His gimmick was lame and outdated considering nobody over the age of 50 says the word "Funk" in 2012. -John Cena's "I am who I am and I will never change" character is interesting to me. -I'm more interested in Taker/HHH than any other match on the Wrestlemania card. Because it's the only feud that isn't thrown together and doesn't sound like two bitches arguing over s*** that happened 7 years ago. -To add to that. After sinking two PPV main events and turning into the biggest whine fest in the history of WWE, There is nothing you can do to get me excited about the Rock/Cena feud. Match? yes. Feud? No dice. Both men have been written to be so unlikable it's become impossible for me to take a side. -Storylines like the Kane/Cena/Ryder/Eve storyline are not good, and they're not "A sigh of relief from the seriousness of wrestling", they're s***** storylines that bring the whole show down. I did not tune into a wrestling show to see a b-level horror movie, I tuned into a wrestling show to see Wrestling. -Development is vital to the success of any wrestler in the WWE, no matter how long they've been in the business. Period. -I enjoy Sheamus and believe he has almost all the tools to be one of the, if not the, top babyface in the company. - I don't care how good someone is in the ring, they must be at least somewhat over before they can be pushed. I'd much prefer someone who isn't that great in the ring and is really over be pushed rather than the greatest wrestler in the world get pushed to complete silence. -Comedy has it's place in wrestling. There always needs to be something humorous around to cool the fans down from the serious stuff on the show. But, it must be separated from the matches and serious feuds in the company. Especially the main event feud. That's what made Santino so great in 2007, they set aside something for him away from everything else and it was great and hilarious. -Triple H got over by his own merits long before he married Stephanie.

-Triple H got over by his own merits long before he married Stephanie. You're goddamn right! People seem to forget, he was one of the top babyfaces as the leader of DX before his heel turn; when he turned on X-Pac and joined the Corporation, the heel heat was off the charts for a long time. My unpopular opinion? Jobber squashes (and strict jobbers in general) are sorely missed and are vital to the development of a midcard or main event character.

Punk and Cena have no chemistry whatsoever, and the only decent match they've had was at Money in the Bank - and decent was all it was.
Related, I think Cena's in almost every way, including in-ring, better than Punk is.

Stephanie McMahon isn't the anti-christ like many in the IWC make her out to be Trish Stratus is the most overrated female wrestler of all time, her in ring skills were never that good & had to rely on someone more capable than her to carry her ass to a watchable match

-Triple H vs Undertaker at Wrestlemania 27 was a bad match.
-Randy Orton is one of the best wrestlers in the company, and his matches are rarely dull.
-Christian hasn't been entertaining since 2005, other than perhaps the odd promo in TNA. Never really been impressed by his ring-work either.
- I can't stand tag-team wrestling. So in a way I'm glad that the WWE doesn't pay much attention to the tag division.
- I like the high production quality, it makes WWE seem like the major league of wrestling that it is.
- I really enjoy Cole's commentary.

I agree with the tag team thing. Unless there are crazy gimmick matches involved, a la in 1999-2001, I don't generally like tag matches at all.

Dolph Ziggler out-wrestled CM Punk in every match they had together.
In fact, I'd say that Dolph Ziggler is better than CM Punk in many ways.

Jack Swagger might be the worst wrestler on the roster with more than 5 years of professional experience. With Khali, you know what you're going to get because his lumbering is worked into his character: he's a wall that the opponent needs to someone break down before he does the same to them. But Swagger is actually booked as a superior athlete and wrestler, but there is so much WHY in his ring work. There's no psychology, there's no rhyme or reason: it's just MOVES with him. It's like watching someone play SvR.
While I do think Miz's ringwork has sagged since the Awesome Truth breakup, for whatever reason, I still believe he is a great hand to have in the ring and his 7+ years of experience have really started to show in the past year. He wrestles a lot smarter and keeps his heat even when he's putting over someone "lesser" than him like Riley: you can definitely see the influence JBL and Jericho had on him. I think what he really needs is a face turn: as a heel, he has to call almost all of the matches to make the face look better than him. Give him another experienced heel to feud with and I think he'll finally show what he's capable of when he's allowed to have a face comeback.
On that note, I think Riley is much MUCH better than people him credit for: size, strength, speed, athleticism, and he still gets big pops despite less TV time. I hope WWE sticks with him because I think he has the potential to do very well.
I will say, unflinchingly, that Randy Orton is Top 10 of all Heavyweight wrestlers in the world. After these feuds with Christian, Cody, and Barrett, I am now positive that Orton could also lay claim to that "Best in the World" moniker that Jericho and Punk are going on about. Orton is not only a spectacular athlete, his charisma is insane: even by talking slowly and quietly, the crowd has gone NUTS for him almost since the start of his career, through a multitude of character progressions. I can only imagine where he'd be if bad behavior didn't plague the early part of his career.
With Chris Hero's signing, I think that WWE signed away the last "big Indy" name that would do well in WWE, at least in the USA. While this list might change, I just think of what Stone Cold said to AJ on Tough Enough: "What can you do that would make me pay to see you?"
Roderick Strong: "I do a lot of backbreakers...and stiff strikes!"
Davey Richards: "I kick out of finishers even though matches should have ended already. Maybe if I do it enough, people will add another star to my match!"
Sami Callihan: "...let me get back to you on that."

I dare say I kinda want another Cena/Orton match down the line. Give it another half a year or so and the fans will no nuts if they have a stare down or something.
