Well, NASCAR got what they wanted, a yawner as 'Dega. Sad. Maybe next time, they'll listen to the drivers when the say the cars need to be able to run cool if they want to actually race.

And now Dragon is dumping Lotus as well, expected to pick up Chevrolets possibly by Saturday. Lotus is down to two cars for the 500, HVM Racing with Simona de Silvestro and Fan Force United with Jean Alesi.

Jim Nabors(Gomer Pyle, USMC; Andy Griffith Show) won't be singing "Back Home Again In Indiana" at this year's Indy 500. He has to have heart surgery later this month and a camera crew will fly to his home in Hawaii and tape him singing.
