Colt Cabana confirmed himself for the iPPV, and is offering someone a free flight to the iPPV and have them sit at his gimmick table - 18-26 year olds, should ideally have never attended an indy show before. Info on AOW.

I get this really strong feeling that everyone's going to ignore Ophidian for the majority of the season, shrugging him off as crazy.
...And then like alot of things in CHIKARA when they ignore it or are unaware of it, it'll come back to bite them on the ass in a huge way.
Especially if this "he" Ophidian mentions is anything moderately important. Even more so if this resurrection is anything more than hyperbole on his part.
It also makes me think Ophidian's going to have a gimmick change of some kind. At least another new appearance after he's completed his tasks.
For now, he's the token nutter mixed with a hint of Death Note.

I was thinking: Does anybody else think a reason why the YLC has stayed in Osaka Pro for so long is because they are downplaying it so they can eventually drop it as a title now that they have the Grand Championship?
I mean, I imagine the tournament itself will still be around, but honestly, I don't really mind if that's what happened. Sure, it was fun, but it had way too many bad attachments for a singles title, you have to admit.
