Honestly, after they stopped pushing him in the main event, I didn't mind him all that much. The Punjabi Playboy stuff was just a bit of goofy fun and the stuff with Jinder did not take enough time/did not last long enough for me to be bothered by it. He saw a lot of success as a big man, was a pretty credible monster for a while, raised the WWE's popularity in India (IIRC) and was the first Indian World Champion in WWE. I have no beef with the guy.
Side note, how great is it that "Snaptastic" posted a thread that involved a kayfabe broken leg?

He even aggravated me in the pre-Mania battle royal this year... he won because I don't think he could take a bump... we got back down to the final 3, Bryan, Sheamus, and Khali. Everyone around me was wanting Khali out, so we could get back to the match before.
Nope. Khali won, in lame, lame, lame fashion... it could have been really cool. I know it's a minor complaint, but personally, that was the most angering thing at my first Mania.

I love Great Khali. I'll miss him being on WWE. He was just so strangely charismatic in a way.

I didn't have a problem with Khali being on tv. If he exits on good terms, good for him.

I was never a big fan of his, to tell the truth. That said, it's kind of sad to see him go. He was always entertaining in some way, either genuinely or in a Mystery Science Theater type of way.

You go, Khali! I hope he enjoys whatever he goes to do. Seems like an awesome guy and he's not very capable as a wrestler, but domestically, he's super-popular and worth a fortune.

I'm actually quite surprised he was around as long as he was to be honest, it's been what 6 years? That's a pretty good run.

Say good bye to the Indian market. The Indian market's so small, WWE couldn't even hear them say "goodbye" back.
