At around the 2:08 mark, Trish sets the record straight about what happened when John Morrison gave her the cold shoulder at Wrestlemania last year (apparently because of Melina).
George Stroumboulopoulos asks the seven-time WWE Women’s Champion if John Morrison resented her appearance at WrestleMania last year. Her participation in the tag team match with Morrison and Jersey Shore star Snooki against LayCool and Dolph Ziggler reportedly upset Morrison and girlfriend Melina.
“I don’t know if he did… he might have said that,” she responds.
Stratus continues, “He’s entitled to his opinion. It was one of these things where we had an epic moment, it was WrestleMania, our biggest stage of them all, and I had been retired. So I’m out of the scene and suddenly I get to come back and be in the grandest stage of all, I get to be at WrestleMania. Well he thought “that’s not cool” because I guess his girlfriend is a women wrestler and so he thought maybe another girl deserved that spot. But, I had gone back to WWE television to do Tough Enough, which was a reality show they did to find the next WWE Superstar. They asked me to be back, we promoted that show, etc. He was a little resistant, like there were some moments where I was like, “Oh, he’s not meshing with me.”
Stratus then details the ‘famous cold shoulder incident’ where she was snubbed by Morrison during their post-match celebration at WrestleMania when she attempted to embrace him.
“We have a famous cold shoulder incident. Well, we’re on live television. We had a match, we won the match, we were victorious as a team and then I went to go like, we do that typical thing, you raise the hand, you point [and he went in another direction, leaving Trish hanging],” she explains.
“I just said to him, “Hey, what you’ve done now, is because your career is made up of moments, so now you’ve taken a moment from the fans, really.” Because they don’t care about backstage politics, they don’t care if you think your girlfriend should be in that spot or whatever it was. So he just denied the fans and himself and that’s that.”
Stroumboulopoulos then asks Stratus if Morrison would have snubbed her had she not been a woman.
“Probably wouldn’t have done that to me if I wasn’t a woman, yeah,” she responds.

I can see her point, though I think the whole 'taking it from the fans' is a little overblown. I doubt if anyone watching cared about some random post match celebration.
Still was probably not the smartest move by him.

Proving that whenever anyone says anything about Melina it's true.

Which was the "cold shoulder" match?
Ah, it's answered there. Sorry.

Well, Trish doesn't make it clear that she knows it was about Melina... she words it such that it could be either supposition on her part that that's why he did it, or that he really did say something and she's just being politely noncommittal.
Either way, dumb and unprofessional to let those feelings show on stage. Oh well.

Which was the "cold shoulder" match? T'was a match on RAW, if I'm not mistaken: her and Morrison versus LayCool, Ziggler, and Guerrero. After the win, Snooki comes in to celebrate with them, raising Trish's hand. Trish goes for Morrison's hand, but he walks to the far side to raise Snooki's hand. My two cents: Unprofessional as it was, no one knows why he did what he did. Ergo, until we do, anything else is just speculation and rumor, be it Melina or otherwise.

She's got a point. Even if it was a small moment, it might be a big moment to some fans.

Either way, dumb and unprofessional to let those feelings show on stage. Oh well. Especially knowing how highly Vince thinks of Trish. She's said before that he practically considers her a part of the family, and since it's Wrestlemania, he's watching every detail like a hawk, moreso than usual. It was a very dumb move to make on Morrison's part. Even if his girlfriend was upset--think for yourself. Decide how you are going to behave. Melina wasn't holding a gun to his head--if that was the reason why. Stupid guy.

So not even Trish Stratus knows if it was really about Melina. I guess I'll just chalk this up to another one of those unexplained mysteries.

This is quite possibly the dullest recurring story ever. I've said it before; if the stories hadn't come out no-one would have ever noticed any awkwardness between the two. I don't like that Trish is putting words in Morrison's mouth now as well. Morrison hasn't said anything about it in public but Trish talks about it in seemingly every interview these days. I get that she's asked about it, but she can't even answer the questions properly so what's the point?
I like both Trish and Morrison and it's a shame they didnt get on better but this isn't even an interesting story of them disliking each other. "He didn't celebrate with me" Boring. Come back when he does a crap in your bag, that's much more interesting.

I can't believe there's so much controversy over a match that lasted all of three minutes and was about Snooki more than anyone else.

Sometimes people talk about it. This isn't the first time a wrestler's talked about a wrestler acting like a jerk when the jerkish wrestler hasn't commented on it.

A lot of hype and noise over a 3 minute match, huh?

He said it was a misunderstanding and he wasn't trying to take away from anyone's moment, he just thought the celebration should be focused on Snooki because she was the celebrity that was promoting the match. I do have to agree that I wouldn't have noticed if no one said anything-and it does feel like more is being made of it than what it was. It's not like he tripped her in catering or chewed her out backstage.

Yeah Im with Morrison on that, seeing how she was the big reason why the whole match even took place -_- and had the finish and all. Taking it away from the fans? God... I know you have some big fans Trish but come on, no one ordered that PPV thniking 'oh gosh the best pairing in history jomo and trish finally get to tag up goody gosh' cmon I like both Trish and Morrison and it's a shame they didnt get on better but this isn't even an interesting story of them disliking each other.
