I love it, as do many of you here, but I'm curious as to what makes it so fun. Is it Bryan? If it were someone else, would it have worked? Discuss. {Spoiler}

It just seemed so out of place for Bryan considering his character at the time, and it's damn funny how over the top he is with it. It's a heel move without being overly heel-ish.
I adore it.

I love it because it reminds me of exactly the kind of thing that dorky Kurt Angle would have done. Win by count out? Celebrate like you just won Olympic Gold!

We had bonus day yesterday, and I randomly won $20.. not knowing what to do, I just started going "Yes! Yes! Yes!" like it was the greatest accomplishment of my life, seemed like a proper time, and nobody knew what I was referencing..

Bryan went from having the worst entrance in WWE to the best, and all it took was "YES!" That little hopping down the ramp used to piss me off so much, now I look forward to seeing him dementedly hopping to his MetaliWagner theme, pointing both index fingers skyward and shouting YES! at the top of his lungs. It's funny for reasons I cannot explain.

I love over-the-top heels and DB does it perfectly.

A big part of it is because it's Daniel Bryan that's doing it. If it was Swagger or Miz or someone I doubt that it would get that much love. It is a good gimmick for Bryan though.

It's so fitting for a heel who wins through any means necessary, even by cheating, and acts like he won the freakin lottery.

Because instead of making Bryan an predictable underdog face world champion (Rey, Punk's first title reign), he is an over-the-top that celebrates like he won the Superbowl when winning a match whether it's by count out or DQ. Turning Daniel Bryan heel was the best move by WWE in a while with a wrestler having their first title reign. I've loved every single minute of Daniel Bryan's World Title Reign. It's fresh, new, and is very entertaining.

I thought YES was dumb when he first started doing it. I was kinda like "That's it? That's all you can come up with." But sometimes that's all you need if you can make it work, and Bryan does.

simplicity is what makes it x THIS!. It is not an over the top heel schtick he took a simple phrase and just added some vegan to it and voila success. I now await a dueling chant between Dbry and Stone Cold. WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES! WHAT!? YES!

Saw something like that during a dark match at the tapings in Omaha. Big Show was helping the ring crew sweep table shrapnel out of the ring after Barrett and Orton's No DQ match and Bryan stood around waiting for him to finish. He ended up screaming YES! so many times that the crowd finally started chanting NO! back at him. He tried to shush us when that started.

It's the sideways jumping he does whilst yelling it.

I like it because it as he makes his way to the ring for his next match, it makes it appear as if he's still celebrating his last match.

I think as people said, absurd celebrations and celebrating for reasons that one really shouldn't celebrate. Reading Facebook comments, not the best place, but it seems like Bryan really got over with that.

I just find it rather funny to where I now go around saying it all the time when something good happens.

I hated it at first, but he's found his niche for sure, now. He'd give an Owen-like celebration if he wins a Slammy this year.
I DID IT! YES! YES! YES! WORLD. HEAVYWEIGHT. CHAMPION. (despite losing the title 7 months prior).
